CRIMINALS. Wow. Where do I begin? Maybe this is culture shock and it's just because of the area. But I drove from NoVA to look at some cars. But when I got there it was a trailer sitting in a field of mud and none of the cars had been cleaned at all. Not one. The Mercedes we drove that had a "battery problem" was jumped so we could test drive it and it died while turning around on a dirt road. The guy that picked us up was in his own car. We got back to look more and we realized almost every car had a window or door handle problem. What I'm getting at is that these cars all appear to have been stolen. We were heading straight for the car as a verbal fight broke out between a customer and the owner and the customer was upset that his website had a car on it for 4 days and he drove from manassas to see it but it already sold. I drove much farther to be stranded in a driveway but neglected to get involved. Stear clear if you have any sense

Lol, is all my husband and I can say bout this place. I don't understand how this so called lot is open. We went in and looked around and most of the vehicles had problems, they didn't want to start, stuff was broken, then they be like o we will fix it before you purchase the vehicle, and all the vehicles are so closed to together you half to move one to just get into the one you wanna look at just to find out after going through all that the car you wanna look at don't start. Lol wow. Even looks like a junk yard and it was so muddy, Hard to get in and out the little parking lot. We had to back up onto the main road where there might of been a chance of a accident. The people that works there does not look professional at all and they probably don't even have a certified mechanic. I understand that a used car might have a few flaws but they should not have mechanically issues, and shouldn't have broken parts, And I've done research and talked with a few people, and from my experience and from what I was told its definitely not a place to be getting involved or purchasing anything from. Cant believe they still in business. Hope the authority's gets involved and shuts this place down sickens me. Stay away from these people. You been warned.

I drove an hour to view the cars on the lot which in pictures the cars looked great but when I saw them in person was very disappointed. Some cars looked gutted, paint peeling, flat tires and some had trash bags over the windows to keep the rain from coming in. I went elsewhere and bought a quality car from Northern VA Motors.

I bought a 2001 lincoln navigator. It runs great. Body looks great! Interior is well kept up for a used car. I received a vehicle history (Printee out) ? and the staff is really nice!! The ar has hasd some MINOR issues like wiring for the headlight and starter but other then that the car has been wonderful. The light and starter were repaired by them and the light was fixed but the starter is acting up again. Im sure they will fix it when I take it back. So I have to give them a greatrating until or if otherwise occurs. I mean come on its a USED car?. You want no issues at all buy new and stop complaining.

Ok I bought a 2001 lincoln navigator from ellas. It was reasonable as far as price, interior was very good, Runs great and looks well on the outside and in. It has had a few issues? one headlight out due to wiring. Needed a new starter. I took the suv back and they fixed the issues? the lights work great.. However the starter is still messed up, but im sure they will fix it and make it good. Overall everyone is reallly nice and they are great and really helpful. Love ellas!!

I drove almost seven hours to this car lot to look at an Audi that looked wonderful in pictures. When I got there, they wanted a couple thousand more dollars the car. Not only that, but the pictures were all FAKE! The inside and outside of that car were gutted! They must have taken pictures from other sites to try and get rid of all their JUNK! The motor did not even run and the hood would not open! After looking at all of the other junk cars that were all a bunch of lies, I went up the road to find a gas station. As I was driving toward the city, I looked to my right and saw a car lot called E Smart Auto. I stopped immediately and began looking. The people there were extremely nice and would not even sell a car if it had a check engine light on. I ended up buying a car from those people. They were also very cheap! So, if you are thinking about going to Ellas Auto Outlet, I advise you not to. Just drive the extra mile or two down to E Smart Auto, you will be satisfied with them!

I traveled 5 hours from west virginia to look at vw passat that they was supposed to hold for me, and when i got their they had sold it. No cars was able to be started they was going to charge us money just to hook up the head lights. Every vehicle had missing motor parts the inside of almost every vehicle was gutted, it was more like junk yard than a car lot. they also had to jump start every vehicle to look at it. i then asked to look at the cadillac they had on there website and they have never heard of it.

Nice people, but terrible cars and trucks. The truck I went to see (and was listed here as a running, good looking vehicle) was parked halfway into the brush, completely inoperable, and destroyed by the elements. The salesman was quick to point out that the truck I wanted to see was not running, and not even for sale. When I asked why the truck was still advertised...he had no answer. I looked at a few other trucks, and they were just as bad. This place looks and operates more like a junkyard that a car lot. Blatant false (and nearly criminal) advertising and a lot full of junk; but very nice people who seemed somewhat apologetic for the overall situation.

Just get the VIN and google it. One in 3 vehicles here are salvaged vehicle. Don't waste your time going there.

BEWARE OF THESE LIEING THIEVES! IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO MANY MANY TIMES AND TOLD "WHATEVER" WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT IT, THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
