We bought our son his first car.

We bought our son his first car. Nelson was absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Simeon in finance was easy to work with. They were both extremely knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend Nelson in sales and Simeon in finance at Napleton Kia on Northlake.

Don't waste your time or money

I have been to the service department 4 times for the same issue in over 3 months. Not only is their record keeping trash, but they will lie right to your face. If you happen to ask for a manager either they are not there or they will never call you back. Jim Collins may no longer be there, but neither is the new one Richard so, so much for help when you need it. There employees are a joke Luis will call and tell you one thing, and John will call you not knowing Luis gave you some other information and tell you something else. Since John claims to be new I pray they train him or that he saves himself and gets another job. I am not sure who are all these customers providing them with a 5 rating, but I assure you that they are not customers that go in with a car in trouble. Perhaps someone who needs a simple oil change. I think that is all they are capable of.
