Very terrible customer service in their service dept .

Very terrible customer service in their service dept ... returned my vehicle without lugnut on tires and also did not reset my service clock and also did a poor job with the multipoint check ....John Marvin Andrew absolutely terrible service !

Heather Wright did a great job for me. She was very diligent in finding me the hard to get hybrid model I was looking for. She is honest and straight forward and a great person to deal with. She gave me an excellent deal.

They acted like I was right around the corner.

They acted like I was right around the corner. from them, not 3 states away. Didn't answer my questions. I don't know how this place stays in business

This is the most dishonest dealership.

This is the most dishonest dealership. They do not do what you ask them, like rotate tires, but they take your money or service contract and charge them so you don't get to use it again. New staff every time you go in and always the same thing we are better now until you find out nope still the same shady service. Avoid this place!

Heather write was my sales person, she over promised and

Heather write was my sales person, she over promised and under delivered, then blamed everyone else for everything that didn't work out. very unprofessional person. Dealership can blame her for why they lost a $40,000 dollar sale
