I've been there several times, the manager Robb was such a great help. They made the process so easy, I recommend at least giving them a try. They definitely have a long term customer in me.

Amazing!

Amazing!! I had an appointment and needed to leave sooner than I originally anticipated. They made sure I left on time to make my appt. I really appreciate that kind of consideration.

Great experience!

Great experience!! My service advisor noticed that the car radio wasn’t working properly before I physically saw the car and went ahead and replaced it without me even having to ask!

New Engine Replacement for Recall Issue

My service advisor Connor went ABOVE and beyond to assist me in getting my engine replaced. Yes it was frustrating and a very long process BUT Connor did what he could to get me through the process as soon as possible and had so much empathy and care and concern he made it al bearable. I hope whoever deals with Kia gets to work with Connor. Ps, Angie was also phenomenal as she also went above and beyond when helping me with the rental car service. Although I wasn?t happy there was a defective engine, i was taken care of.
