Do not trust any reviews with the name Napleton in front of it. As you buy the vehicle they offer you an oil change and a free year of service (for new vehicles) if you promise to leave a 5 star review, then they look over your shoulder to make sure you do so. They have a lot of turnover too, so who knows who is there now, but I think that kind of behavior comes from the top, because I dealt with Napleton Chrysler before and they were even worse.. The only reason I bought the vehicle from Napleton Kia is because I negotiated a lower price from another dealership, who reneged on the price when I got to their showroom (that was Coral Springs Kia) and then Napleton beat it. Coral Springs Kia offered the price again when I walked out, and they put it in writing, but at that point, I wanted to buy it from someone else, so I went to Napleton. Napleton was local and I figured that if I bought a Kia I would have to deal with them anyway, and then sold the Kia shortly after, and will not buy another, so I am probably one of the few people who have bought a Kia that doesn't have to worry about getting on the wrong side of the dealership. They try to wear you out by keeping you in the showroom forever to finagle with the pricing. But again, at the time, I wanted a Kia, and picked the one that, while dishonest, was not quite as despicable as the bait and switch one. The last time I bought a vehicle from Napleton, it was Chrysler Napleton, and I had to bring a brand new car back in for issues. At the time, they tried to upcharge me by telling me I needed a certain kind of air in my "brand new" tires otherwise it would be a threat to the child I carried in my arms on the highway. When I went back in to buy the leased vehicle from Chrysler Napleton, they tried to charge me an excessive dealer fee, and when I explained to them that I could buy it directly from the manufacturer without the fee, they mocked me. I contacted the manufacturer and bought it directly from them, with no dealer fee.

I have to come back and provide an update. When the Actual General Manager, Sam heard my story he called me and immediately went into action. He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! I honor and appreciate you.

Heather Wright helped us find the perfect car. We knew we wanted a hybrid, but did not know much about them. Heather answered every question we asked. She was extremely knowledgeable about every part of the Kia. We decided that a Niro was the car for us, but I wanted a color that was not on the lot. Heather found the perfect car in the beautiful blue color I was hoping to find. She stayed to help us long after the dealership had closed. She has told us to call her anytime with any questions or concerns about our new Kia. We will definitely recommend going to Napleton Kia Northlake and asking for Heather. She will definitely help you find the perfect car.
