Steve Schmitt is good but GM is pitiful they will not stand behind messing up on shipping out parts. Then they claim there is nothing they can do to fix there xxxx up

I had a service alert come up on my Volt and was able to get it into service quickly. I was kept informed of the issue and the progress on the repair. I was provided a loaner vehicle so I would not lose a day at work. I was called when the repair work was completed and treated great by all the staff at Steve Schmitt Chevrolet in Highland IL.
