These guys go out of their way to make sure I am one hundred percent satisfied. My wife was in the lounge waiting for me to finish up in service. They brought my vehicle in to the garage when it was outside to begin with, so she wouldn't have to step out into the cold to get in. Nice touch guys. Knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt.

Did not have to wait..got my vehicle right in. Staff was couteous and professional. I had a very nice loaner vehicle available right away. I was out of town when my vehicle was complete, and they even delivered the vehicle to my home and swapped it with the loaner. A+ experience.

They will lie to you over and over again. They don’t even remember their lies and don’t care! They lied about mailing my title which was one day, then another, then last Monday, then finally fedex’d after 5 weeks! They lied about ordering parts I had requested and I am still waiting on a second key fob and key! Poor, poor, xxxx poor performance! I will never buy from this dealer again, if I wanted to be over charged and treated poorly again, there are closer dealerships! What a ripoff! I could have bought a new vehicle and paid cash but was treated like a bum once I paid and left!

I scheduled my first oil change online, and the process was very easy. Service department was waiting on me and got my 2500HD through it's initial service in about an hour. The wait was pleasant, as the complimentary coffee and waiting area was nice. The service employee, Mr. Leroy Hulsebus, was very professional and detailed in his explanation of what was being accomplished. I'll definitely be back for my next service needs.
