2012 Tahoe, 160k mi needed brakes. Service called and told me oil pan gasket, differential seal, transfer case seal were all seeping. Front struts need to be replaced. Dealer should realize the car is well used and recommend only the necessity items. I gets a little bit annoying to hear about these things every time we are there for service. Brakes were fixed and I’m satisfied with that. Also appreciate the help getting the car returned conveniently after service.

I don't recall the service guys name who checked me in. He was very polite and patient with me. I waive home 5 stars. The person who put the tires on put to much air In my tires. I had to have my husband let out 5 psi in each tire. Other then that everything was great.

I hit a deer on Christmas Eve coming home from work which resulted in needing the truck to be repaired. My husband contacted the gentleman in charge of doing the estimates. After not hearing anything back from him after 2 weeks Heather in the body shop got him going after my husband called back in. She took charge of the situation which was totally awesome for her to do!!! Vanessa Maine & Susie (also in the service area) were also a big help keeping us in the loop along with Heather which I deeply appreciate!! These people are the reason why we deal with this dealership.
