Knowledgeable technician

Very friendly service department, they kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. The service technician was very knowledgeable. He listened to my problem, went with me on a drive, so he understood exactly my concerns. Worked very hard to complete my vehicle’s problem.

Splash guards were installed on our new Sierra

They cleaned the areas to drill and installed the guards. We had ordered the guards and scheduled the appointment. Everyone in the parts department have been great also.

Servicing car

Grand am GT was in need of servicing as well as a detailed review of all things needed done.. they took care of major things needed and we will be finishing it all soon as holiday is over which was convenient for me. I appreciate how thorough they are.

Nothing but first rate.

Problem was solved. Was given 2019 loaner vehicle. Couldn’t have been smoother or treated in a more friendly manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

New truck

I have known some of Steve’s staff along with Steve & enjoy doing business with them. I’m 62 & this is the first time I’ve done business with the same dealership a second time.

good salesman.

I feel mike McBride is honest and tries to get best deal possible. If I find out different I will do business elsewhere. Corporate GM needs to rethink there closing down plants in USA after taxpayers bailed them out.

Battery

My 2 and a half year old truck would not start Monday night so I called the dealership. Was told to bring it in to check on the battery at no charge. When I was told it was indeed the battery and the price explained I would go somewhere cheaper. They then said well gotta Pau for the diagnostic. After I was told no charge. WONT EVER GO BACK.

Oil change and tire rotation

When I arrived a Young Man greeted me asked what service I was going to have done. I told him oil change and tire rotation. He took my keys and said it would be about a hour. It was completed I think hour. Great!!

Great quick service

We came in for an oil change and tire rotation, in an out to about an hour, service is great the lady who helped me was fantastic.
