Good experience.

The repair took a little longer than I thought but I was kept aware of what was going on. The waiting room was very nice and comfortable..

Comfortable and confident

Service personnel were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and able to service my car to where I am confident in them and my car. Nice waiting area

Service Department

Truly appreciate the convenient customer service provided from the service department. I apologize, because her name escapes me, but a super helpful woman assisted with a rental car. Leroy was very informative and accommodating to our service needs! Thank you both! Brandy and David Kirchner

It was as good as it gets!

Gary Heim made the purchase of my vehicle a pleasant experience. It has been years since I bought a vehicle so I had no idea how much more is involved these days.

Very professional!

Everyone I dealt with was accommodating and professional in their approach. The work was done in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with, as always since I purchased my Tahoe there, went out of their way to see that my service experience was a good one. In addition the young lady who handled the loaner car took time to make sure I was familiar with the car provided. Leroy went out of his way to keep me informed and I appreciated his phone calls.

not a good experience

O brought my silverado in to get the heater fixed. I have a warranty. The person signing me in was treating me like I didn,'t know what I was talking about. Then I went to pick it up and they found nothing wrong. The person said its not always as warm in cold weather. I told her this is not my first Silverado. It is my 6th. I definitely know how the heater should work! Now I have to bring it back again because they missed something with the heater! I deserve more respect than I received, after all This is my 11th or 12th vehicle I purchased from your dealership!!

Great service

Had a defective battery and Leroy got my vehicle in right away. He also took care of a minor recall while my truck was in there. Very professional and courteous.

No games.

They did as they said they would do. I travelled 6 hours away to trade with Steve Schmitt gmc. I feel I was treated fairly.
