This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have had to date including Lexus infinity Chrysler The entire staff at this dealership was very knowledgeable and friendly We drove 2 1/2 hours to buy this vehicle and we were running late but they stayed open for us and made it happen, much appreciated. They also followed up The next morning to make sure we made it home OK and if we were satisfied with our purchase. It will be very difficult for us to use any other dealer in the future.

When we got the the dealership, we drove around to look at multiple Buick Regals. Our family was not harassed by salesmen. When we were set up with John, he was very friendly. He did not pressure us to make a sale and gave us all the options of the cars they had available that would be good options for our family. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. The financing portion of our trip was just as no pressure. We were told about what warranties come with the vehicle and what other options we had available to us. No one tried to talk us in to anything. I would hands down recommend this dealership to anyone. We will be coming back for our future vehicle purchases without a doubt. Really enjoyed the experience!

Zack Hoy took such good care of my family and I as were traveling back to Cleveland, OH from Jeff City, MO. They got us right in and out and offered my family lots of water and treats!!! He and the staff are amazing!
