3rd Vehicle purchase from Steve Schmitt

We just bought a 2016 2500 HD 4x4 Chevy Crew cab. Our salesman for 3 recent vehicle purchases has been BJ Shelton. Very positive experience. Would highly recommend this dealership and BJ in particular. The gentlemen in finance (Vince and Matt) were great to work with too and did their best to expedite our process as we had a very limited schedule. Thanks for the great buying experience!

Poor customer service

We called them about a car we found online. They called us and called us and called us until we came to look at it. It was a purchase for our daughter and even though we found a similar car closer to home, we came here because it the color she wanted. Before we even got it home, we noticed the side mirror was taped on. We called them about it, but never heard back from our salesman. Poor customer service.

very happy with the deal

This was my first time dealing with this dealership.They were very interested in my needs for a vehicle. Wonderful salesman,before we left they found the car we wanted at a very good price.We were more than pleased with the experience there!

Excellent experience

Overall wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle. We worked with BJ Shelton as our salesman and he was relatable, very forthcoming and straight forward, making us free comfortable during the entire process. We are expecting another child soon and needed to find a vehicle to suit our growing family. BJ Shelton also set us up with Business Manager Matt McCain who was just as wonderful during the process in breaking down all the details of our purchase. Very happy with our vehicle. Buying the car was super easy, but trying to work with them for things that fell under my warranty was a nightmare. The people in financing are rude and don't like answering questions. I feel like I just get sent in a circle anytime I call.

Great Service while Buying

Overall, great experience buying a CPO vehicle. BJ Shelton was excellent and very down to earth and realistic. They offered great prices compared to a lot of the other local St. Louis dealerships. Buying the vehicle was relatively easy and financing was set up when we walked in. Would recommend and it is worth the short drive from St. Louis
