Make car buying a pleasure!

Shabbir was my saleman he was great. He didn't pressure us and made it a pleasant experience. I would recommend Shabbir and Georgia Import Autos to anyone!!!

Thought I was getting a great deal, I was wrong.

I spent a long time looking for the perfect car at the right price. We wanted a specific year, make, model and trim package. They actually had it at Georgia Import Auto and it was priced very competitively. It almost seemed too good to be true and it turns out it was. The car was a 2011 CR-V with only 22,000 miles. It was kind of dinged up but there didn't appear to be any major damage. It was checked out by a Honda dealer for GIA and we saw the report which looked clean. The Carfax was clean too. We went back several times but they would not budge on the price so we gave up. A couple weeks later the salesman called me back to tell me they had addressed the small dings that were in the body and in a moment of weakness I agreed to drive the 90 miles back to see it. It actually looked better than last time and in another moment of weakness I agreed to buy it. They would not discount it at all even though I was paying cash. They also denied my requests for new tires (the tires are all mismatched and almost worn out) and a front end alignment, but the price seemed good so I went for it. On the way home I noticed it was pulling heavily to the left. We got an alignment the next week and it was still pulling. I took it to a body shop because some of the work they did at GIA was falling apart, the bumper liner they had "repaired" had torn out again worse than it was before they "fixed" it. As the body specialist approached the car from about 10ft he said, "you know this car has been in accident right?" I didn't know that... He said that anyone that has ever worked on a car body before could have told us this. Both the doors on the passenger side had been repainted. He then found evidence of another accident on the front driver side. The misalignment was also traced back to an accident. I immediately texted the salesman who had been very responsive in past communication but it is 4 days later and I still have not heard back from him. Not even a phony denial... After talking with my repair man he was convinced it was unlikely GIA did not know it was painted because they would have been able to tell as they removed the dents. Our salesman never even hinted at it. The only indication I had something was amiss was when our salesman gloated to another salesman about the price he got for it after the transaction was completed. Buying cars is a horrible experience when you don't have a trade or need financing. I was trying to buy private but the right vehicle never came up. I trusted that GIA was being honest with their product. Now I am stuck with several $1000s of repairs on a car that only has 20,000 miles on it. I had my last car for 15 years (it was also a CR-V). I hope that after I sink all this extra money into this vehicle, it will last too, but who knows?

Actually, we would still like to have you come in so we can go over the car and address your concerns. Please don't let comments from another person ruin the pleasure of owning this great low mileage crv. Upon arrival at our dealership it was taken to a local franchise dealer who serviced it and gave a it a clean report. It does NOT have any accidents. You saw the car when it came in and saw the little dings and dents it had. The repair work as you requested was contracted out to a local repair shop. If you are not happy with that we can have it re-done. We have been in business at this location for over 8 years with thousands of satisfied customers. GREAT experience at GA Import Auto

This past weekend I found GA Import Auto online. Visited the next morning, and bought a car in a two hour process max. I was helped by Phillip, and he was extremely accommodating. Walked away very pleased with a wonderful car that was in amazing shape. He made sure we did not leave until we were completely happy with our experience and our purchase. WONDERFUL customer service!

Great Experience With GA Import Auto!

I bought a Honda Accord for my son and we are very satisfied. We worked with Phillip and he was very tentative to our needs. Friendly and outgoing personality. Went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We had to get brakes put on the car and they took care of it with not problem. It was a good and healthy experience.

Great Service and quality cars

Recently was shopping around for a used 2013 Honda Accord and happened to fall into the right hands. Great service with allowing us to take time to test drive and go over figures for a couple of days. They are not like other dealerships who push and plead you to buy their cars they are looking to satisfy your needs. The recently acquired Honda is in great shape and runs smoothly and they give you great prices compared to the market.

Great experience in buying a used car

This was a great experience with buying a used car for my son. Phillip was knowledgeable, extremely courteous and made the process quick and painless. I greatly appreciated the fact this was a no-pressure activity? they let me look at and test drive several vehicles at my leisure. I would definitely recommend GA Import Auto to anyone in the market for a good used car, and they will be on my short list of dealerships when I go to buy my next vehicle.

Best First Car Buying Experience

My decision to buy my first car from Georgia Import Auto was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Phil was a great salesman who answered all of my questions and gave it to me straight. Good customer service

I recently bought a 2012 Honda Accord from Georgia Import Auto. I am really satisfied with their service. The car which I bought had freon leakage due to the problem with condenser, which I identified only after 2 weeks of purchasing the car. But when I informed them about it, they agreed to replace it for free without any hesitation. Really satisfied with their after sales service too..I would recommend this dealer to all.
