Georgia Import Auto

Once again the team at Georgia Imports delivered as promised!! I live very close to them and over the past 7 years have bought three cars from them. They have maintained quality. They are upfront and very honest. The only thing I am not happy about is that it took too long to get the paperwork done this time. Specially on Saturdays there are long wait times. But overall a great place to buy cars.

After purchasing my 2015 Civic, I had to bring it back to address some issues. I was treated fairly, and feel that GIA went the "extra mile" to see that I was satisfied. Unfortunately, sometimes things happen with cars. I know that there are dealers who write you off after the sale, and offer little in the way of assistance. But as for me, I was treated right and I am so appreciative of the help that was extended to me.

This dealership is TERRIBLE. There's one nice salesman, Stephen. But the manager Phillip is rude, arrogant, and awful. I waited 3 hours to test drive a car I saw online that was in an inspection, but they had me waiting and waiting, knowing that there was another potential buyer who had come in 10 minutes before me. And then let him buy it out from under me without giving me a chance to even make another offer. I will NEVER come here for another car.

We were in the market for a Honda Odyssey, and after going to several different dealership, we FINALLY found a great one at GA Import Auto. Steven and Sabeer were professional, understanding, and very nice in the business transaction. There were some concerns we had regarding the Odyssey we found and every single one of them were taken care of. From flushing and changing fluids, to changing the clasp on the car battery. It was always, "no problem, we will take care of it" with complete follow through. We are very happy with our purchase and even more so knowing we now have a dealership we can go to without feeling like we may be taken advantage of or lied to. We highly recommend GA Import Auto and will be returning in two years to replace our second car. Thank you Sabeer and Steven for your business. It was a pleasure!

Initially I was very impressed with the selection of new low mileage vehicles to choose from. Once I selected my car, I was offered a test drive around the block and made my decision then to purchase. Shabbir was very friendly and helped tremendously with answering all of my questions. I put a deposit on the vehicle and came back two days later with my Co-signer. Although the selection process was easy and hassle free, I cannot say the same about the buying process. My Co-signer is in the top 5% of credit, but that has nothing to do with "auto credit". Meaning that you may have 760 credit score, but if you haven't financed many cars in your lifetime, then you most likely will not be approved for an auto loan through their lendors. At the end of the day, I ended up getting the car, but the bank did not approve us for the warranty and gap coverage that I wanted to have on the vehicle. Overall, the salesmen were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. But I urge you to look into your auto credit before attempting to apply for financing.

I did all of my research up front about which dealers I was willing to spend my time with and was not disappointed to make GIA my first (and last) stop. I knew what make and model I was interested in and had a friend scope out the lot ahead of time and he found exactly what I wanted. Shabbir was the most patient salesman I have ever encountered; he answered all of my questions, was quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and was amazing in the way he handled a snafu at my bank. He bent over backward to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shabbir or his partner Philip to anyone looking for a car in the Atlanta area. On the vehicle side, I must also note that their cars are very well priced. You will pay more for the same vehicle at any other dealer. This also means there's minimal haggling, because they know what these cars are worth. Do your research and then do yourself a favor and shop at GIA.

I did a good bit a research on prices before I made the trip to Georgia Import Auto. Don't expect haggling, the price is better than you will get anywhere in town already. Great selection on used cars, look here after you decide which car you want. Shabbir was great to work with. So happy with my 2012 Honda Accord.
