Adam and Eric went completely out of their way just to make sure I got a reliable vehicle. Even with my horrible credit, they still managed to pull it off. Thank you thank you thank you!!! 😊

I arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and

I arrived at the dealership, test drove the vehicle, and then was told I wouldn’t be able to drive it home that day - even though I’d texted to make sure it would be ready and was told it would be (I’m 2 hours away so it makes a difference). After waiting a little while, I was told they’d had me test drive the wrong vehicle and I could take the one I’d actually inquired about home. It was my fault not looking at the one I’d initially inquired about properly, but I trusted the dealership. I got home and noticed one of the cords to the back window was broken and there was a dent in the front hood. Also, I was very clear with the finance person that I was not interested in any add ons and he was pretty pushy, ended up taking me into something I immediately regretted. Lastly, I texted Mike stating I forgot to give him my extra fob and forgot to take my garage door opener from my trade. He promised he’d send it to me, but I have yet to see it. I wish I could say more positive things about Frankman, but I will not be back.

Not really willing to deal a lot.

Not really willing to deal a lot. The price is the price didn’t even have a full tank of fuel or def spent $78,000. The least they could do is probably give you a tank of fuel. Ask them if they would give me a little more for my trade only thing they found was a crack in my fender flare that I see on the photos online they didn’t fix anyway if I didn’t want to pick up that they had, I probably would’ve went somewhere else they did end up giving me $100 gift card, but that wouldn’t happen if I wouldn’t of said anything but my salesman, Robbie was good to deal with, but we all know he has to answer to the above managers to get anything else done

Adam is an outstanding salesman.

Adam is an outstanding salesman. He reached out to us through out the entire process to update us or pass on information. With his experience and knowledge it was a completely smooth transaction. We would definitely buy from Frankman's and seek out Adam to purchase another automobile as well as refer any one of our family members and friends to Adam.
