Lies online and lies over the phone. Very deceptive pricing! The price that they advertise is only if you qualify for their special rebates. I came expecting a price of $12,500, but because I didn’t “qualify” $2500 was added to the price. This was after I specifically asked about the price on the phone. I was very disappointed with this experience.

I went into look at a Range Rover velar listed for $30,990. By the time they added all of the fees and underpriced my trade…the price was $40,000. They put a $2,000 fee for not financing with them. I had an auto draft check from credit union. Then the salesman explained that the marketed price was factoring in 3 separate rebates. One for being a veteran. One for graduating college in the past 12 months. A the other if you purchased a vehicle from them in the past 3 years. When I argued that it was impossible to meet those 3 stipulations the salesman’s demeanor completely changed and got angry. He argued that all dealers market their vehicles with rebates. It was completely shady. I have purchased many vehicles in the past. I felt like he thought since I was a woman that he could scam me without being questioned. I had read the reviews before going and had been skeptical prior to going in. I wish I had listened to reviews and not wasted my time with this poor dealership.

I went here to look at a 2008 Lincoln Mark listed for around $9700. When I went to actually purchase the vehicle, suddenly the price jumped up to $15,000. I was able to get the price down to $11,500, not before they tried to keep upping the price. After I bought it outright with a Certified Check, they informed me that they truck was not currently inspected and I would have to bring it back in to get it inspected. I brought it back in the next week and did not receive any information on the truck for over a week. I had contacted them nearly everyday for that week and just kept getting told that it would be ready the next day. Finally, someone informed me that the truck was not going to pass inspection and instead of fixing the issue they were sending me a check for the amount I paid for the truck. So they sold me a truck illegally and instead of making it right they just gave me my money back and washed their hands of it. Now I have no truck and have to continue to look for another one. I definitely do not recommend buying from them. They're just looking to scam people! If I could give negative stars I would!

Fake pricing.
Fake pricing. They advertise a price, but that’s only if you qualify for their rebates. New college grad, military, previous buyer from them. After they tell you this, they start trying to negotiate the price. The price they quote is a scam! Don’t trust them!

After Performing A Test Drive The Salesman John Natali Came Back With A Payment Calculator That Reflected $17,525. I Reviewed The Pricing Disclamer On Both Sites And Reviewed Both Websites And Found No Such Price HAD Existed Nor Was There Any Special Offers Regarding The Used Vehicle. Buyer Beware Looks Like The Old Bait And Switch Here Not Trust Worthy Establishment To Do Buissness!!!!!!

My name is Ernest Yeagley and I was just in looking at the used 2016 Honda Civic LX Stock# UT519038 today 23 July 2024. I find your listing is deceptive and misleading. Listed for $13,990. I attempted to deal but no sale was made because I didn't meet the qualifications in your listing "Pre-Owned Disclaimer". I came in with a $15,000 budget and you people would not sell me the car for less than $17,700. Go figure? You will sell the car for $13,990 to people that meet your Pre-Owned Disclaimer but not to a customer who wanted the car and had $15,000 to hand over for a sale. I was told well perhaps meet half way, so begrudgingly I said $16,000, but still they came back and said sorry can’t do it must be $17,700. In my opinion this is shady salesmanship and misleading. You post the price $13,990 right up front $35 below blue book value. This is nothing but a lure to get people in your dealership that want to buy a car, but only on your terms. This is unfortunate because I loved the car. I am without a car because I was rearended and my car was destroyed last Sunday. So even expressing my need no one would understand my situation and stuck to their price. Didn't care. But someone else will undoubtedly come along and be taken in and buy it on your terms. Would not refer you to other people in need of a car. One star review from me.

Price online online for BMW M4 $45,990.
Price online online for BMW M4 $45,990. Salesman informs me that is a promo deal only for Vets, Students and if you bought vehicle from them before. This is advertised price on several car websites with no stipulations. I am a cash buyer. the sales rep tells me they add $2,000 onto price of car because I am not financing. I tell them give me best price and I will buy it. The price all in is $54,500 roughly. I tell them no way. Title and fees roughly $450.00. 6% tax on $45,900 is $2,754.00. Total would be $49,194.00 with online price and taxes and fees. Stay away from here! No negotiations and increasing price based upon their whim!

Purchased vehicle July of 2023.
Purchased vehicle July of 2023. Car has been in their shop for more than six weeks within the year and was also fixed at another shop - so three major issues with vehicle within the year. Plus when they worked on our car last summer they cracked our windshield. Now my car is currently in their shop sitting because it broke down on the turnpike three weeks ago and Quakertown Mitsubishi gave us the wrong warranty at time of purchase. The salesman who is apparently no longer there signed us up for a warranty for electronic components in the vehicle like heated seats and a heated steering wheel - all components our vehicle does not have. Meanwhile at the time of purchase we were told that we were getting a powertrain warranty to cover all moving parts. Mike the manager said it was their fault we were given the wrong warranty and tried to rectify it with the warranty company but the warranty company has decided that they will not change the warranty back to what we originally thought we were getting. So essentially Quakertown Mitsubishi made the mistake with our warranty, admitted it and will now do nothing to fix the issue. Mike the manager said we can trade the car in if we wanted and purchase another vehicle. I have a major problem with that because I will be trading in a vehicle that will be worth nothing because it no longer runs and I have paid for a warranty that I didn’t need. We would be losing money instead of Quakertown Mitsubishi losing money because they made the mistake. Please do not use this dealership. I understand mistakes happen but when the dealership wants to do nothing to rectify their mistake that is a major red flag.
