I bought a truck in June 2023 and they added on a $3500

I bought a truck in June 2023 and they added on a $3500 fee. I believe this is an illegal practice. Part of the charge was a $1000 Lojack system that never worked and Michael Muniz refuses to respond or resolve the issue. Avoid this dealership... they are scamming buyers with extra fees that don't work and they are unwilling to resolve these issues.

I purchased a 2021 BMW from this dealership.

I purchased a 2021 BMW from this dealership. Jesus was my salesman and he did a great job. He was very professional and very helpful. This place is awesome! They have a very nice selection of vehicles. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership.

I bought a used truck from them for $13,990 and i put

I bought a used truck from them for $13,990 and i put down $5,000 and they charged me $26,000 . They have a in in-house finance called Ecodrive LLC and they double charge your down payment. Cars.com sucks!!!!!!!

Bad service, misleading ads, dirty showroom, borderline

Bad service, misleading ads, dirty showroom, borderline chop shop. Went there to look at a used ram, texted and emailed with sales staff saying I’m coming from an hour away, don’t want waste my time. Assured it wouldn’t be a waste, get there, truck I was interested in was in the shop and wouldn’t start. Completely unprofessional sales staff didn’t even introduce himself to me or barely talked to me. Then come to find out, every cars price in Auto Trader, Capital One, etc. has fine print discounts attached to it that can only be viewed on their website. Borderline false advertising, bait and switch nonsense. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to never go there.

Bait and Switch tactic with Internet price several

Bait and Switch tactic with Internet price several thousand dollars lower to get you in the door, only to be revealed to be several thousand dollars higher. Their "can we meet in the middle" sales pitch for the $2500.00 price difference was a mere $500.00 reduction, followed by some condescending attitude on the manager's part. Walked out, initially upset because I really wanted the car for the advertised price. But in hindsight, the whole thing seemed extremely shady and I'd rather spend my money at a reputable, honest dealership that treats it's customers with respect and honors the internet price. Everything at this place just felt "off"

Buyer Beware… Advertised price is a $2500 rebate discount that includes college graduate, military, and loyalty. If you dont have any of those, expect the dealership to raise the advertised price by $2500 when you get there.

Website pricing is very deceptive.

Website pricing is very deceptive. Actual price’s thousands of dollars higher than advertised price due to fine print deep at the bottom of their website. Baited me in with advertised price and switched when we talked number for purchase. Also strongly penalized ($2,000 Fee) for financing outside of the dealership.
