Not happy with your scams

This dealership is full of crooks.

This dealership is full of crooks. They take your “non-refundable” deposit and then sell the car from underneath you and then you can’t get your deposit back. They don’t want to help you, they want to take your money.

I wish I could give them zero stars.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They defrauded us into buying a 2020 Audi A6 that as soon as we took delivery we realized was flooding form the inside out. After almost a week of fighting with them to address the issue (and we had to threaten legal action), they cancelled our contract and had us return the car & take our trace in back instead of just making it right / putting us into another comparable vehicle. Ilya the manager of this dealership is a joke. Yan, the CEO of Dunhill Auto Group which owns this dealership took zero responsibility also. They are criminals. Stay far far far away.

Add $2500 to the listed price you see online. If you are not a military vet college grad within the last 12 months, or have not bought a car from this dealership in the last 3 years. Pricing online is misleading and that is wrong.

The worst dealership ever DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!

The worst dealership ever DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!!!!!! They do not care about their customers! I’ve had my truck less then 4 months and it’s been in the shop lon more then my driveway they promised me to replace the bald tires they had on the truck and never fulfilled that I even drove the truck back to them to see if they would fix the issues the truck was giving me and I got the cold shoulder ignoring the fact the the second week of owning the truck the fuel pump went out on me they didn’t care truck came with no struts on it !!! Oh and because they have a in-house inspection of course all the vehicles are going to pass “inspection” to make their end look good on the good old black and white paperwork So Thank u Quakertown Mitsubishi for living up to all your terrible reviews I just wish I would have read them before stepping foot on your premises

Terrible

Frauds! Try to add 2.4k to their cars via fine print. Will never go near them. I should have read the reviews! Stay away!

Frauds, Liars, adds $4000 to every advertised price on site. NEVER EVER go there. This must be illegal! Drove 90 minutes, test drove a truck advertised online for $32,460. We sit down he says, let me show you how we price cars here. Huh? He proceeds to show me the actual cost and there is an addition cost of $4,000 He tells me it is non-negotiable. SO, the advertised price of $32,460 is $4000 less than their actual selling price Read all the reviews. This place is despicable. I have just filed a claim to PA Consumer Affairs. I though these lying crook type of car dealerships went extinct 20 year ago.

Worst Car Dealer Experience! Shady & Deceptive!

WARNING- VERY LONG- There is no way to condense this nightmare experience! I drove an hour because the appointment setter was awesome. Turned out he was a virtual assistant & not there to greet me. This was the worst customer service l've ever experienced & shadiest business I've ever met. My salesperson only wanted to make $ he did nothing to gain rapport or explain anything. I'm in sales & I was appalled. I told my salesperson that I didn't want to put any $ down & I rather have a higher payment. The manager presented the contract on a dusty Ipad, i could hardly see the Docusign. Now I realize that it was on purpose. I did see that the payment was lower & asked why & the manager said "l worked my magic & smiled. Then I see an N/A next to 3k. Not Applicable is what that meant to me. 3 weeks later I reach out to them again to find out when I'm going to receive my $50 Gift Card that I was promised for test driving an Outlander. They don't reply but my salesperson who I didn't hear from since I bought my car sends me a text asking for a 3k down payment. What? He says you know the 3k on the contract that you owe & if you don't pay it we will repo your car. I come to realize very quickly what magic he worked. He managed to sneak 3k on the contract & sucker me into something I never agreed on. Fast forward a few days later, the owner calls me & offers to knock off $500 & buff out the scratches that I keep finding on my brand new car. I decide to do it because I don't want my car repossessed & I haven't had enough time to fully discuss this bogus contract with my lawyer I agree to pay it for now until I can get legal help. They buff out scratches & clean my car which seems decent but then I give the owner 2 credit cards. I instruct him 1k on my debit card & 1500 on Credit card. I leave without looking at the receipt because l'm in a hurry to drive home. When I get home I see that once again I was deceived. $1040 on debit & $1560 on credit. $100 in fees. I call them and the manage who ripped me off on the contract answers the phone . He says yeah it's a 4% transaction fee. I said you didn't disclose this first. I would have given you a bank check if I would have known. He says Well you're an evil person & a liar. You're spreading lies about me. You're insane. You are taking food from my family and hurting my livelihood. I was disgusted. What do they think that they do to people when they scam & and deceive? I'm a Mom raising 3 kids & they don't care. They will talk to you like trash. Don't go for the bait & switch test drive gift card lie. You will never see that gift card! It's a joke! Be very carefull avoid this place if you can. Their word means nothing & they are very shady. l'm reaching out to the FTC & the Bureau of Automotive Licensing tomorrow as my lawyer has instructed. I hope that this helps someone.
