The trade-in value surprised me.

The trade-in value surprised me. They gave me $800 more than CarMax for my old Accent which was really pleasant. Paperwork took about an hour, and my new Eclipse Cross was already washed and ready. xxxxxxto the service team.

Tried to get final price online, but they said they would

Tried to get final price online, but they said they would only list number in person, once we drove however many hours, they said the price on the website was their “best price” with all of these qualifications that are almost impossible to qualify for all 3, so the “actual price” ended up being about $2000 more, not to mention the fact that they charge like $1500 extra if you don’t want to finance.

I found a weird line item in the invoice for paint film protection. Manager Alex immediately removed it and apologized. I picked up the Outlander without any add-ons forced on me. Respect goes a long way.

Anyone here actually bought a Mirage at Quakertown Mitsubishi? I went yesterday, and the sticker price matched the online listing, they showed me the Carfax without hesitation, but some friends warned me about hidden dealership fees. How was your experience? Would you recommend doing a trade-in or selling my old Civic privately?

Their service center really surprised me. Tech Alan showed me the worn pads, gave me OEM and aftermarket options. The work took 40 minutes. After the service, my Lancer brakes are like new, and they even washed the car.

I’ve been in the car business a while, so I’m picky. One moment stood out when I asked to check underneath the vehicle, and they suggested just a visual walkaround. I had to insist. Other than that, fast paperwork and no surprise markups. Probably better for first-time buyers.

Went in for scheduled maintenance, and the techs at Quakertown Mitsubishi didn’t waste a second. Dropped off at nine, left by ten-thirty with new spark plugs and a clean interior. Price was exactly as quoted. Free coffee too.

The trade-in process was painless. Got a fair price for my old car, signed everything in a day, and drove away in a new Outlander. What I liked most was no fluff. Just numbers, paperwork, keys. Oh, and good coffee.
