looking for a preowned suburban
My wife wanted a particular model suburban. Jacky Jones Ford Sweetwater TN had what we were looking for. I called and spoke to and visited with Kathleen Lisa who then sold us the car. She made the whole process comfortable. As anyone who buys used cars knows, it isn’t always easy or clear on what you might be getting. Working through the used car sales process is almost never easy but it sure was close to easy with Kathleen. There were a few issues we had to work through with this particular vehicle and happily purchased it. But the story doesn’t end there. Something popped up post the sale and I wasn’t going to say anything but Jacky Jones Ford sent me two emails wanting me to rate my experience and if there was any problem to call immediately. I called and spoke to Terry Mills, internet Sales/Digital Marketing Manager, who went the distance to make it right for me! Jacky Jones Ford runs an excellent and ethical dealership. wheel alignment job at Jacky Jones
Since my car is well past warranty period, I shopped around for the cost of wheel alignments. Jacky Jones was the least expensive even including a special ball joint for the front right wheel that required an adjustment beyond the range of the original ball joint. And they were fast. And they gave me complete detailed data, before and after the alignment. Their new Quick Service is great, they even have USB outlets along a bench where you can charge your phone while you watch the technicians work.

Quick Service
Had a good experience at the new quick service center. Had an oil change and tire rotation was in and out of there in record time. Liked not having to make an appointment, was more convenient for me.

Edge Recall Fix
Finally after asking about the recall to be checked at least 6 times before, it finally went out. Took a week to get it done, and now my pedal goes all the way to the floor, my battery keeps popping up that its weak, and I have a oil pressure light on now. So fix the recall and now what I have to take it back to have it serviced on this other stuff!!??? This is nuts!! Will be contacting to see they want to charge me for this now

Quick Lane
As usual – the service was quick and your front men knowledgeable and very polite and efficient. I was concerned about the new no appointment needed thing but it was good and you might even get to watch the service guys work. Now if you’d move closer to Tellico Plains it would be perfect!
