Counter person was clear and helpful. My car was just as I left it . They even rotated my 5th wheel in the pattern I asked during rotation. Most say yes and do what they want after.

I bought my car in January and the buying process was great!! Just took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. The employees were super nice and respectful. I was very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband's truck was involved in an accident. The insurance company recommended to send it here for repairs. My husband told them several times it was his truck and to call him, yet they continually called and texted me repeatedly about his truck after I told them not to. They kept the truck for three weeks, which there were a lot of repairs, so that's understandable. Less than two months later, the steering on the truck went (which is something they either fixed or should have fixed when assessing damage in the accident) WHILE HE WAS DRIVING. He could have died, had he been on the thruway, due to their carelessness. Then they sent the truck to another dealer to fix without telling them that this was accident related and the second dealer tried to charge us for the work because they did not fess up to any wrong doing. Once we explained the real situation to the second dealer, we were not charged for the repairs that should have been done in the first place. Careless, shoddy work, and employees who cannot understand how to update phone numbers or assess damages properly.

NY state inspection and wash took well over an hour. You should try to inform customers of approximate time they should expect to have to wait.

Just went in for a quick oil change and state inspection on a Sunday morning. It was packed and I didn?t want to wait. So Omar quickly set me up with an appointment that week. I took it in Thursday morning, they were ready for me, and had it done in less time than they had told me. Even got a free car wash!

I am not a fan of the car buying experience but dealing with Keith and Matt at Joe Basil Chevrolet was great. They were not pushy and gave me a fair deal. I bought a Bolt so there were many questions that took time to answer and they definitely had patience with me.

Warranty claim fully covered and with a no added cost loaner. Service was great.
