Great dealership

First time dealing with this dealer and couldn't be more happy! We bought a new/used truck and we leased a new Chevy and couldn't be happier. This is our first time ever leasing a Chevy. Very happy! Our sales rep Matt Suida was great... We follow him wherever he goes! Great salesman!

Basil did it again!

This will be the second vehicle I've purchased from Basil in the last 6 months. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our sales person Colton was very knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars for Colton! Bottom line, Basil is the only place to buy a new or used vehicle!

Everyone is very nice and they make you feel impor

Basil is a wonderful dealer. Always make you feel special and the work they do is great. I was going to go to my dealer but on a recommendation I went to Basil. So VERY glad I did. They are great!!!!

Great service

Great service, got us in the same day we called and got us a loaner car for the next day when they couldn't get the part overnight.

Poor followup on warranty service parts order;

3 Hour wait to have 4 wheels replaced, and we had an appointment. The wheels had been on order since June 2015, still not in when checked in November. No follow-up call by dealer advising that wheels had come in at some point. 2+ weeks wait for earliest appointment time after we finally called dealer in March 2016 to check on status of order. Dealer is too big to provide good customer service.

Great salesperson

Our salesperson Jennifer and the entire team were excellent in their respective jobs. Very polite and attentive. We started out at another dealer but decided to go to Joe Basil Chevrolet because it was closer to home. I'm glad we did! Nice job guys!

The staff, especially my salesman Tim Vasiloff, were all very friendly and courteous. I found the perfect truck for my needs and the sale transaction went smoothly.

Fighting to get refund

I placed $100 down over the phone to hold the price of a vehicle. I ended up going with another dealership that beat their price. They refuse to give a refund. Not flat out refuse, but giving me the run around. I've called 4 times and had to re-give my credit information, and was told it would be taken care of. NOTHING! Now I have to go through my credit card company to get a refund.
