Initially not great customer service - got better

Initially, I was not shown all aspects of the vehicle’s operations and I felt rushed out. After expressing my concerns, I was given an apology and I was satisfied with the outcome. I feel more training is needed to assist customers who trade in old cars for new cars. In the end, the staff went out of their way to satisfy me.

Needed tags they were supposed to supply since2019

Horrible salesman Jamie Anderson and a horrible title clerk. An embarrassment to the car industry. Basically threatened a 77 year old disabled woman with scoliosis who is in need of her tags so her nephew can take her to doctors appointments. She stopped driving shortly after purchasing the vehicle and they never sent her tags. They are telling me they need her I’d to release the tags but she can’t drive and is physically unable to get an id. They basically told me there turning her in for not having insurance on a car that hasn’t moved in 2 years and sits on her property. During a pandemic and under the circumstances With my aunts physical limitations they basically offered no advice or answers on how I could get the tags only threats to my disabled aunt. I will update on what they do because they threatened her over the phone and I’ll be calling about these threats. What a shocking and horrible car dealership. Told me as soon as I got on the phone with title clerk that my aunt was obviously lying about who her salesman was in 2019 because he’s dead and the guy we talked to didn’t work there as if it Mattered who the salesman was!!!!!! Embarrassing and never did I see a business threaten the elderly and disabled like these two embarrassing gentleman did.

Hi James, as our Title Clerk mentioned over the phone, the only way to get your aunt her tags is to provide a valid ID, per states rules (not Burke Motor Group's rules). If she is unable to obtain a driver's license, there are additional points of ID that we can accept. We initially were unable to release the tags due to missing documentation that was never provided back in 2019 when the car was purchased. Burke has been around for 109 years and prides ourselves on our excellent customer service and commitment to the community. We are sorry you feel that your aunt was threatened over the phone, however that is not in our company culture to treat customers like so. At Burke Motor Group we treat our customers like family. Additionally, I am saddened to let you know that yes, your aunt's salesman has passed. However, our Title Clerk would be happy to provide your aunt with her tags when we receive a valid ID. They are the worst don’t go here. They pick on disabled and elderly woman. Threatened my aunt and did not answer a single question.

Great experience

I can not say enough how friendly and welcome I felt as I walked up to the entrance. I was first approached by Mr. Stephen Ochello with a kind and courteous smile. Stephen made me feel as though I was welcome as a friend and not a possible client; it was so welcome as this is not normally the usual experience at dealership's.
