Khalid is the best!

Subaru Legacy Touring XT

A . I dealt with Dave Hand and he was friendly, knowledgeable of the vehicle i wanted and explain many things to me with patients but the most important thing which is a turn off is he did not pressure me in anyway and for that reason my experience was vary relaxing

Outstanding Service

While changing the battery in my Volkswagen one night, I let a tool slip out of my hand and sparks went flying. The fans suddenly started running at high speed while everything else went lifeless. I knew right away something serious had been damaged. This was the worst possible night for this to happen. I was already late to take my son to get his first suit, needed to attend my mother-in-law’s funeral. My mind, my schedule and my wallet were already stretched thin. I towed the car to my closest Volkswagen dealership, Atlantic. I fill them in on the story, and opted to pour my heart out about life and funerals, using terms like “very thin thread”. I am told diagnostics are $135/hr, and that I’ll get a call after that first hour. Two weeks, no phone call and $350 later, they call me and tell me my computer is fried, with a total repair bill of $2000. Upset about the diagnostic costs, estimate, and the time involved, as well as lacking the feeling I could trust this dealership, I opt to simply pay my diagnostic and have my Golf GTI towed to the Burke Motor Group. My service writer Mike Prettyman, calls to tell me he’s received the car, listens to my story, and simply promises to take good care of me and my Volkswagen. Over the days Burke had my car, Mike kept in regular contact with me, calling with updates and time estimates. Yesterday, Mike called twice, the second time to say he anticipated repairs to be completed by the end of the day. This morning, he called again to report things went well yesterday, and was having the car cold started this morning, just be completely thorough. Total cost of repairs - $1058.20 The hundreds of dollars I saved by trusting Mike and the Burke Motor Group with my GTI are exactly what I needed at this stressful time in my life. But more so, the level of trust engendered by this experience has given me reason to question why I’ve never done business here before. The extremely competitive costs made this repair manageable. The trust makes me a client. I cannot expressed enough how I am impressed with this operation.

Very Happy

Found the 2019 Buick Encore on Carfax and contacted Al Harris whom I had known through Middle Township HS. Left a voicemail for Al and he promptly returned my call. Left a voicemail stating that we had an appointment for the following day at 3pm for a test drive. Met Al and 1 hr later, we had a deal on my vehicle. Because the vehicle was a certified preowned Buick, the warranty is actually better than if we bought a new 2021. Love the convenience of Burke's location since I work at the High School.

New Subaru

Just purchased my eighth new vehicle through Dave Hand at Burke. I keep returning for the fair and fast deal and Dave’s outstanding and thorough customer service handling the transaction, explaining the vehicle, and following up. After the sale you are not forgotten, Dave always makes sure you get a service loaner if needed, etc.

We looked at many different types of vehicles and decided on the Subaru Forester Touring at the Burke Motor Group in Cape May Courthouse NJ. Our salesman, JAMES HANNAN, and the Burke Auto Groups Team went above and beyond for us! DOUGLAS BURKE; JAMES HANNAN, Sales Professional; JEREMY, GM; CHRIS, Finance; CONNOR, Service etc answered every question we had and quickly! James and the Burke Team were wonderfully supportive and explained every detail thoroughly and the process went smooth and easy!
