The wait was hard, but our 2024 Trax came in. Austin was there to help us thru all the new tech on the car. He walked us thru it all and the rest of the staff was great also. We know that Bocker will be there when we need them.

We recently purchased a new GMC Acadia from the Bocker Auto Group. We have purchased new vehicles from Bocker's for over 30 years. I’ve been car shopping for the past few months.. so glad my son and brother told me about the Chevrolet Trax.. I contacted Bocker in regards to the Trax and was told the vehicle was in transit…. Brandon called me to let me know that a Trax came in so that afternoon I drove over to Freeport to check it out…. Did a test drive and I loved it…. Needless to say the 2024 Trax is now sitting in my driveway.. big thank you to both Brandon and Delbert for their help and for a wonderful experience .. love my Trax!

We bought a 2024 Chevrolet Trax, and worked with Kristen Dunn for the sale. Kristen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and kept us updated on everything throughout the experience. When our new vehicle arrived at the dealership, Kristen sat in the vehicle with us to go over everything, and to help get everything set up. This new vehicle has a lot of bells and whistles, and Kristen answered all of our questions. We have only had the vehicle a week and Kristen checks in often to see how things are going. We were her first sale, and I am sure she will have many more.

Bocker is one of the few dealerships that I'm willing to work with. Their sales reps that I have worked with, most recently Austin Bowser, are very courteous and friendly. Their service department, especially Brad Leverton, is very helpful whenever I have taken any of my vehicles in for servicing.

They are great providing clear options and realistic timelines. Work was well done quickly.

Service department is TERRIBLE‼️. Went in for a blown tire - was sent from GM roadside which had us towed there. Service department was very rude and told us if we don’t have your tire size you will have to have it towed somewhere else. Very poor customer service. Never once offered to even try to locate a tire for us!

Very good service. Have no complaints at all, Brandon and his team were nothing but helpful to get us in the right car. They took in everything we told them we needed and they found the car we wanted. Will be going back in the future.

Great friendly staff. I couldn't be happier with the Dodge Ram 1500 that I got on July 3rd. Was a very painless no pressure deal. I would definitely recommend going to Bocker Auto Group for your vehicle purchase.
