Convenient and fast

With my work schedule it’s very hard for me to get my truck in for quick maintenance appointments. They came and picked my truck up at my workplace and had it back in no time. This is my first purchase with Bocker but definitely won’t be my last. They have been wonderful to work with from the start

Great service

The guys in the Lube Dept are the best. Very friendly and professional. They are efficient and waiting time is usually very short. I have purchased two vehicles from Bocker and have been very satisfied with the sales dept and the service they provided.

You can trust Bocker!

I purchased a 2500HD Silverado Duramax several months ago and returned to Bocker for routine service last week. This was my first experience with Bocker's Service Center so I was a little unsure what to expect. My questions were all answered during the check in process and the work was professionally completed in a very reasonable time-frame. Very pleased and will trust Bocker for all my service needs.

Unsure about wait time

Service and staff was great. We had called the week prior to schedule an appt for a simple tire rotation. Checked in 8 minutes prior to our scheduled appt time. Than waited an additional 45 minutes after our appointment time for our vehicle to be done. Meanwhile it appeared to a few 'drive in vehicles' that were taken back prior to our vehicle. We will return, but this is a frustrating factor.

Great experience!

This is the first brand new truck I purchased in many years. Dean did a great job steering us into the right truck and explaining the features when we took delivery. Mike was fast and efficient with the paperwork and we were in and out in no time. I recommend Bockers to all my friends, neighbors and family.

Best group of sales I know

I would say I had the best experience going here. I learned a lot with cars and getting the right one that fits me. They helped me find something I can afford/ price range.

Excellent Sales and Service

This is the fourth vehicle we have bought from Bocker Auto Group. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Whenever our vehicles need any maintenance or repairs we go to Bocker first because we know they will fix it right and make sure we are happy with any work they perform. Customer satisfaction is always their number one concern.

Above and Beyond

When I was suddenly in situation where I had no vehicle to drive, my knights in shining armor appeared in the form of Delbert and Dean. They made sure I had a good quality vehicle to drive, whether I was considering buying it or not. They were never pushy, but checked in on me frequently to make sure they were finding my "just right" car. My "wish list" was particular and they did not stop searching until they found the car for me. The only dealer I will every buy from. Thanks again Delbert and Dean! Millie (my Chevrolet Malibu) and I are very happy together :)
