Oil Change

I always go there for my oil changes because I trust them. The staff there is great and very accommodating, and I was in and out in a timely matter to get on with the rest of my Saturday.

Met all my expectations

It was easy to set the appointment the day before. I arrived 15 minutes early and they took the truck right away .. Notified me in a timely manner and I was on my way in no time. Good coffee and a comfortable waiting area. Very pleasant experience.

Good experience

Have purchased 3 cars thru them always fair trade in and great customer service. Have no more to say but, for some reason you won't let me submit till I use the minimum words.

GMC YUKON

Personalized, and friendly

This was my first time buying my own vehicle, and with it being a brand new vehicle; I wanted the experience and process to go well, and smoothly. I was put in touch with a salesman named Austin and right away he got to work on finding out what was the best fit for me. Once he located the exact car I wanted; he notified me of a time and day it would be ready to get picked up. Unfortunately, the day I went to pick up the car there was a slight hiccup. The car that they had gotten from the other dealer had forgotten to take the car out of transport mode; causing a module to fail in the car. This upset me greatly, and put a damper on my experience. However, the folks at Bocker made sure I was taken care of with a courtesy car, as well as a few extra add-ons for no charge due to the issue. It was resolved almost immediately and was ready for pickup the next day. Thank you to Austin for working with me and to Bocker for making sure I understood everything clearly as a first time buyer. I did not feel cheated not left out of the loop about everything they were doing with my car. I highly recommend these folks at Bocker, and if you can ask for a salesman; ask for Mr. Austin Bowser. Great salesman.

I had a very pleasant, successful experience with them.

The manager, salesman, and financial assistant were very helpful in making my decision to buy a new car. They were friendly, answered my questions, were patient and informative, and I got a good deal with discounts. I was very pleased with my experience.

Very pleasant to work with

Very quick service Explained everything on the new truck Good salesman to work with There was no pressure on getting into dealership to get the truck when my wife and I came into the dealership they were ready for us and we had no waiting for the purchase I have purchased a few cars from them and each time the same service

The Place to Buy a Car!

Austin Bowser did a wonderful job in helping us get a great deal. He knew we wanted a new vehicle and were looking around. He invited us to come back to Bocker after shopping and he would give us the best deal. We did and are very happy with our experience. He is also open to supporting us as we figure out the new technology in our car!

Cool Air is now flowing

I took my 2016 Acadia in to Bocker because the air conditioner was not putting out cold air. They needed to order a part and kept the car overnight which was just fine. In the morning when the part came in they called me and asked for the locking lug nut tool that would allow them to remove one of the front tires so they could change the part. They couldn't find it in the car where it was supposed to be so I called the dealer where I bought the car and asked them if they had it because I had just recently purchased the car. No such luck. I told Wayne to remove the wheel any way they could and was told that the removal would not be warranted which I kind of knew. About 2 hours later I did fine the tool in my garage, called Wayne but I was too late, the locking lug nuts were all off. Wayne was great to work with and knew my pain. Picked up the car later on and now have very cold air so I'm a happy camper. Sorry to Wayne and Bocker for my screw up but it is what it is. I would highly recommend Bocker, Wayne, and the service center to any and all friends and will surely come back should the need arise.
