Can't Get Any Better Anywhere

Have purchased 5 cars over the past 10 years, 4 with the same sales person, and have had the best sales experience ever. They go above and beyond to make sure they have or find exactly what you want. They make sure you know everything about the car (new car overview) before leaving the lot. Service staff is the greatest. From making the appointment (Wayne, Brad, Gary) to checkout (Kathy, Re'gine) they make you feel special. On top of that, the workmanship has always been top-notch...done right the first time.

Professional sales and service

Pleasure to do business with. Willing to negotiate to the point that made both side happy with the deal. Sales and service have been great in my dealing. Willing to keep working on the problem until they get it correct.

Great Service. Very accommodating staff!

Kathy in the Service Department went out of her way to connect me with the Service Manager to resolve an issue with a critical fleet vehicle. The vehicle was quickly back in service. My organization had minimal down time.

Great service. Problem was diagnosed quickly, parts were obtained quickly, and I had my car back quickly, fully repaired.

Service and Sales Group

I am very pleased with all the sales and service personal I have come in contact with. The service department today, took care of the problems i had with my Colorado. They found the cause,notified me and repaired it very quickly.

Great service!!'

I had a mechanical issue with my vehicle. I took it to the service department at 8:00 in the morning with no appointment and Gary worked it in to their schedule and had it fixed before noon. It was not a major issue but one that I did not want to risk driving it out of town as my job requires. I appreciate the great service Gary, Brad and the rest of the folks in service have given me over the years. Thank you!

Great Dealership

I have purchased three car from Bocker Auto Group over the years and have been satisfied with every one of them. When ever I need service done, such as, oil changes to repairs, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I had my Equinos in for an oil change and transmission flushed, they told me what it would cost, but when they called to tell me the car was complete, they told me the cost was less then was stated. There was some work that didn't need to be done, so they adjusted the cost.

More than a dealership!

The Boys and Girls Club of Freeport cheerleading team would like to thank Bocker Auto Group for providing a truck to be used in the Memorial Day Parade.
