I called on a Friday talked to Brad, he was very helpful and prompt. he called me back with estimate within 10 minutes. Very good customer service (Kathy, and Rob) and mechanic (Corey Pulfrey). I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Excellent Service
Entire experience could not have been easier or more friendly. Was frustrated over trying to find a car to fit my requirements, and others tried to put me into what "they" wanted to sell. But Bocker Group was totally different - they listened, what a concept! Service was easy and quick - simple drop off and wait. Never even made it through an entire ESPN Sportscenter and the car was finished. Can't compliment them enough.

Great Service, Friendly Staff, Clean Facility
We have been customers of the Bocker Auto Group for over 17 years. Highly professional in Sales, Service, and Collision Center and very customer oriented. Even my daughters purchase their vehicles and have them serviced at Bockers. I would definitely recommend the Bocker organization for your transportation needs!

Had some issues but people were great
While the people we worked with were great and friendly (sales guy was Gary S.), we had a bad experience with the vehicle. We bought a used 2006 Ford F150 that we knew had some cosmetic issues. We test drove it, and other than some noticeable imbalance in the tires, it seemed fine. That is until we drove it home to Wisconsin (i.e. a longer drive). The same day we bought it, we noticed a jerking, particularly when driving uphill. We took it to the shop the next day and found out that the ball joints were extremely loose. They were so bad, the mechanic told us we were lucky the tires didn't fall off. I originally posted a bad review, and the next day, Gary contacted us to find out what happened. We explained the situation, and Bocker agreed to pay for half of the expenses to fix the ball joints. While the truck issue was unpleasant, it is now in great working shape and we were very satisfied with the people and the response to the problem. We are also glad that Gary talked with the mechanic manager to make sure that this doesn't happen on other vehicles.
