Best experience I’ve had! The sales department is the easiest to work with, the staff are very friendly and give great customer service. I’ve always had great experiences with the Service Department as well.

VERY BAD SERVICE!
I dropped my diesel pick up truck off for service on Wednesday, it literally sat there until Friday afternoon when I called and checked on it to find out it has not been looked at and probably won’t until possibly Tuesday but no promises. I picked it up Saturday and brought to another dealer where they promised to look at it immediately on Monday. AJ in service had a bunch of pathetic excuses and was “sorry”. Sorry doesn’t cut it, time to find a new career AJ! Lose my info, not going back to Hendricks Chevrolet ever again and I do not recommend to anyone that needs diesel service n a reasonable timeframe.

RIP OFF
What a shady bunch these guys are. Bad enough they tried to charge me $85 to change a parking light bulb to pass a state inspection (Apr 2019), but I just found a nice LED worklight missing from my trunk. A bit late? Yes, I wouldn't notice it until I needed it. Can prove it? Of course not at this point, but I can still comment. You folks will never see another car of mine again, or many of my friends/work associates either.

Processing fees are a joke
I purchased my 2015 Chevy Impala LTZ from Rick Hendrick's Cadillac on 10/25 the sale of the car and the purchasing went smoothly. While waiting for the dealership to complete my tags and titling which their fee to do so was 599$ in which took longer than 30 days and resulted and me having to get a second set of 30-day tags upon waiting for my title and tags to be registered in New Jersey. Just let's say to make a long story short I completed the tag and registration and titling of my car in New Jersey myself which only cost me $151 yet Rick Hendrick's Cadillac charge me $599 and did not complete the registration or tags in the state in which I requested nor did they do it within their initial 30 day window on top of all of that I was sold a car that they never had a title to. According to Virginia state law a transaction for your vehicle cannot be completed unless the title for the vehicle being sold is in hand which it wasn't I didn't learn about any of this until arriving at the DMV in New Jersey while registering my car. Rick Hendrick's Cadillac sold car that they did not have the title to on 10/25 they did not obtain the title until 12/13. So my advice if your buying a Car from them be sure to ask for the Title upfront and registered at your DMV yourself save yourself $599 or whatever the processing fees Maybe. If they tell you they have to charge you the 599 or a processing fee that is complete bull. I would have learned none of this but due to their lack And Timely effort of completing they said processing and tags and registration of my vehicle I was able to peer behind the curtain and see what's actually being charged to Consumers.

Go Elsewhere to Have Your Cadillac Repaired
This is the service department for you if you prefer to be treated in a disrespectful, unprofessional, condescending, sexist manner. My Cadillac’s transmission went out after only 15,000 miles. They did not repair it to my satisfaction. When I was told “fingers crossed” after they did the warranty work, I definitely had no confidence in their abilities. In addition to being treated very poorly, this turned into an EXTREMELY expensive experience for me costing me thousands of dollars. I attempted numerous avenues to resolve my issues with this dealership and found that they were only interested in defending their actions instead of understanding and resolving the issues. I suggest you learn from my plight and go somewhere else to have your car repaired.

My husband and i was in your facility yesterday ..Our salesman Mr.John J Butler was awesome he treated us like family..He was very polite went over everything with us. I truly appreciate that to the up most. It was a very good experience ..He deserve a raise as good as he is..Gonna tell everyone in my church when they get ready to up grade their Cadillac's to go see Mr.John J Butler Jr . at Rick Hendrick Cadillac He is awesome ...God bless and we are so happy with our Cadillac !!

Superb Service
Visited the service department and they satisfied my needs without trying to get me to purchase something that I didn't come it to get. Always good to have a good maintenance report. Like going to the dentist and finding out you have no cavities. Hats off to Joe Waller and the service team.
