Could not remove key from ignition when put into park. Had taken to other repair facility and was told it was the ignition. Than took it here and they found that when car was put into park, it was showing to be in reverse. They repaired the problem in a very timely manner. (Dropped my car off on a Tuesday and got it back on Friday.) Great job to everyone.
