Daniel Miklas really brings this place down. I drove several hours to this dealership to purchase a 2024 Silverado EV. 13k miles. Vehicle had damage to the rear bowtie emblem I was informed it would be taken care of. Great. I came with pre approved financing. SIMPLE sale. I just needed to run to the bank to get my cashiers check for the down payment. I was offered a ride from Danial. That didnt happen..So i had to Uber to the bank...And Uber back...I didnt say a word. As the day drug on...I had to go..Truck was in detail. I asked it be pulled so I could get on the road. No emblem repair,..fine. I head home 2hrs drive. Truck breaks down..HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM...Goes into limp mode. Its been at my local dealer ever since 2 weeks now, That's beside the point. Ive attempted 3 times to follow up regarding this bowtie emblem. With no reply. Text, and 2 emails. They got my money and unloaded a xxx. So no more customer service I guess. Prior to the sale it was communication overload..So just keep that in mind if your considering a vehicle purchase from a Rick Hendrick lot. I regret I didnt wait to purchase from my local CMA Cheverolet lot.

Over all Hendrick Cadillac is Spectacular.
Over all Hendrick Cadillac is Spectacular. There was an issue with what GM sent out for a computer update but, the entire service department went out of their way to make it right. Cant beat that!

I had an appointment on Saturday 12 April 2025 at 0830. The young man who checked me in was awesome. He was courteous and very attentive to detail. He was polite and accommodating. It's wonderful to be greeted with a employee who enjoys his work. It goes a long way!
