I have bought mini cars from Fred, and he was on the lookout for a truck for my son since he was buying his first car and as soon as this one came in, he thought of us sent us pictures and the rest is history

Cesar exceeded my expectations.

Cesar exceeded my expectations. I originally was looking for something smaller, I over-researched every car I looked at, and with my budget was not able to make a purchase. Cesar followed up with me, and I had just left another dealership after 4 hours negotiating over bogus fees. Cesar and his team stayed late to allow me to see several cars(in the dark) and after I found the perfect car, The buying process exceeded expectations. Their pricing is transparent, and their fees are listed right on the website. There were no hidden fees or "extras" that were overly pushed on the breakdown. From the time I chose my car to the time I drove it off the lot, took roughly 45 minutes. I appreciate the honesty and integrity Phillips showed, and the top-tier service from Cesar that made the buying experience enjoyable and fun. I will be back, and will be working with Cesar.

I was quoted $550.

I was quoted $550.00 for a transmission flush and the going rate for this type of service is about $200.00. My tire rotation and oil change was fine but the service lite and low air indicator were not turned off after the service.

Service writer told me I had an open recall i was not

Service writer told me I had an open recall i was not aware of.. Much to my surprise I was not charged for the check engine light illumination because nothing was wrong. Very honest of them.

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Phillips.

I’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Phillips. My last one was a used truck and I purchased bumper-to-bumper extended warranty however, after finding out the truck had been for accidents without being given that knowledge during the buying process. I found out through a slew of problems I’ve been having From idling., To drive train, Transmission issues. All of been brought in to get a dress by the service department and all I get are excuses and reasons why it can’t be diagnosed because the computer says so. I will never purchase another vehicle from Phillips at any location because of my experience with service. For example, brought my truck in for transmission problems was told by Zack in service, yes, you have transmission issues and we are ordering the parts as we have already taken apart the transmission pan. A week later, I call and nothing‘s been done. A few more days go by and I stopped by the dealership only to find out that I’ve been xxxxxxxxxxx by Zack as he usually does. To see that my transmission had never been taken apart. My truck has been sitting there for almost 2 weeks untouched ridiculous. Not making appointments for customers, especially ones that purchase vehicles from GMC Phillips just shows how little The customer means to the dealership. The worst experience in all my years of owning vehicles that rate GMC Phillips the lowest possible rating. I’m being kind..

My service advisor is amazing but other staff members are

My service advisor is amazing but other staff members are not. Went to simply patch my tire and the 45 minutes I was there to patch said tire the people kept pressing me to get new tires. My tires are brand new. Then they said they couldn’t put a new tire on because of wear and tear so a nail being in my tire is wear is tear got it. Then the guy didn’t patch it correctly so now I have a leak in the patch. Makes sense.
