60,000 mile service
Work was completed in a timely manner. It would have been a nice service to have the inside of the cab vacuumed out after they completed the service work.

The Lithia fleet center did a great job installing the MilSpec spray in bedliner on our F-250. Scott was wonderful to work with and was friendly and easy to communicate with. We are very happy with how the bedliner turned out.

I purchased an Lt1 Chevy Bolt at the beginning of October 2023 and Cheyne did a top notch job in explaining EVERYTHING about my new car. There was NO pressure and he continues to be there for me via text message or phone calls whenever I have any questions. Tried to spend 100k on a new truck and had the worst bait
Tried to spend 100k on a new truck and had the worst bait and switch runaround of my life. After a huge waist of time I walked away and took my money to another dealership. Would recomend just starting anywhere else. Can I give 0 stars.

Stay away from this dealer
Don’t buy here when you have issues they will lie and give you run around. My paint fell off side steps and Nicolas Cordova promised me he talked to his GM rep and everything would be taken of. Well now he’s claiming that he never said that and they never returned calls or emails. Even the service department is shady when I first contacted them with the people they told me call the salesman who sold me truck instead of the service department doing there job they try to steer you to the wrong person.

Hi John - I looked into your complaints and found that you're upset with your OEM running boards peeling. You've owned your vehicle for three years - complaints regarding the way your vehicle was built and/or designed should be taken up with the manufacturer Chevrolet. Lithia didn't build your running boards and we didn't sell you running boards. It is my understanding that despite your vehicle being three years old, Chevrolet offered you $1000 credit towards a new set as an offer of goodwill. I'm confused as to why you're upset when the factory offered you enough credit to offset the price of new running boards. I did learn that you are out of area and your local dealer is charging you $1150 for the type you've selected - with your $1000 credit, that leaves an amount due of $150 out of your pocket. Three years after purchase, I believe Chevrolet has acted in good faith towards you. Our store has 10-20 different running boards that can be installed for less that $1000, which would then cost you nothing, but you have not attempted to work with our service department (I’m guessing since you are out of the area). Nic is disheartened to learn that you are accusing him of lying - he has spent hours on the phone with you/ and General Motors trying to assist your complaint with the running boards durability. Lithia Chevrolet in Redding is Amazing
Altogether withthe process of buying my vehicle, to coming in to get my oil changed, Lithia of Chevrolet in Redding, Ca is absoultely amazing! They are so helpful and so kind and really fast! But just because they are fast doesn't mean they don't put care and effort because they care about their customers and they make sure we are taken care of 100%! Thank you guys!!!
