Buying a new Truck

Liars

Well when I purchased my Dodge ram deisel 2 weeks ago I was beyond thrilled with my experience. My sales guy was awesome. We have no complaints about him. When we arrived home a few hours away, we noticed the exhaust break was squealing and wasn't functioning. I called Saraik and explained what was happening. He said they would definitely take care of that for us. So we picked a time for us to come back because we live 3 hours away. We were there for 6 hours and they finally came up with I have a leak in the manifold and they will be ordering parts. I would need to bring it back another time and they will fix it. So just a few hours later we arrived home. The service man called me to let me know they decided to let our salesman go and that my exhaust leak is now his word against mine. They will not be fixing it. So we purchased a 40,000. Deisel that I have to put In the shop. I will never go to Lithia again. They are liars and this is a small community. They shouldn't be able to do this to people. They told me my truck had a 160 inspection. Lies...

Great Job!
