This was our first purchase from Lithia Chevrolet. We were very pleased with the customer service. Steve Fisher was an absolute pleasure to work with. There was no pressure, but he kept in contact with us during the process to answer questions and help us find the right car for us. He spent time with us through two visits and answered our questions and addressed our concerns. Steven Burgess in Financing/Warranty was great to work with as well. All in all, a pleasurable experience!

My experience was excellent! Although I was looking forward to buying a new truck, I was not looking forward to dealing with the sales persons or going through the whole bartering process. I was pleasantly surprised at the no pressure sales people at Lithia Chevrolet. I must of went there everyday for 2 weeks while I was researching and deciding which truck to get. Steve Fisher ,the salesman that helped me, was always friendly and helpful. Mark Wecker another salesman, also helped me. Both men were incredibly helpful. I felt like they were trying to get me the best deal possible I have had the truck for 2 weeks and every time I go in everybody is friendly and helpful even though the sale is over. I am not very good with technology and when I go in Steve or Mark will come out and explain to me how something works. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. I had done a lot of research and drove down to Sacramento looking at trucks. Save your money. I got the best deal at Lithia Chevrolet.

We bought a new Silverado for a great deal of 20% off. Sales and financial staff were friendly, helpful and did not pressure us. This is the third vehicle we have purchased through Lithia.

We have been buying our vehicles from this dealership since 2004. We have purchased new Chevy cars and trucks which we have been extremely happy with the complete experience. This is our first certified used vehicle. So far so good!

Gary and Josh made our car shopping experience pleasant. I have dealt with several different dealerships over the years and I have to admit, this was by far the most satisfying purchase to date. Both Gary and Josh were very professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process from beginning to end. They will definitely have my future business.

They went out of there way to help me even though I was from far away, mark the guy that helped me truly cared about his customers and didnt try to show us away when i told him my situation instead he took his time to make sure i was able to get what i wanted and talked and walked me though the whole process we will definitely come back to see him for our next car

Both people stuck with us over a series of days, it was complicated because I cosigned with someone out of town. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and will return in a few years to upgrade.
