Steve Schmitt of Litchfield

This was our first experience with Steve Schmitt-Brubaker (SS-B). We drove 90 miles from Missouri to this dealer to find the desired price and value in a used Mazda3. My wife and I drove away with an auto that we hope/expect to provide many years of reliable transportation. The great thing about the team at SS-B was that they were helpful, but not pushy. They were more than willing to give us time to test drive and discuss details concerning the car before we bought it. And what made it fun was that one by one as we went thru the process of buying the car, we got to meet many of the staff, all who were very personable. Four star rating because I am a conservative grader and only time will tell on the car itself.

Great staff to work with. Received follow up calls to check on satisfaction with truck. They answered all of my questions and helped with an OnStar problem.

I had a noise that was getting progressively louder in the brake pedal assembly when depressed. Steve Schmitt-Brubaker's service department very quickly analyzed the problem, determined the cause couldn't be fixed and ordered a replacement brake actuator assembly. It was installed within the time I was told and all is now great with my Enclave again. The service is dependably superior at Steve Schmitt-Brubaker for sure!
