Always a pleasant experience

Knowledgeable and friendly

Beat competition plus I had a past issue with a vehicle I purchased else where and Bill Sloan resolved the problem for me when other dealerships could not. That is the main reason I came back.

Service auto

They go above and beyond to keep customer happy. I was offered a car to shop or whatever while car was worked on. Even though under construction they provide an above slandered service.

No loaner. Waited for 1 hour with a child for a tuneup-oil

I've always been given a loaner when I had my car serviced. This time NO. If I had known, I would not have brought my grandson. Service was okay but wait was forever.

Recommend Litchfield over Highland location

We actually went to their Highland, Illinois location because that is where the new car was. We dealt with salesman BJ who seemed somewhat busy and reminded us several times that he doesn't make much for selling cars but enjoys it. Every time we were talking with him either in person or on the phone, he would take another call as if we weren't important. When it came down to signing the papers we were told that we would need to go to the Litchfield office because they were the ones who had all the rebates. We did go to Litchfield and the experience was much more pleasant. Evan, finance person, was easy to work with and Dean, salesperson was also very pleasant. I only wish Litchfield wasn't out of our way because I would much rather bring the car there for service. We did go back to the Highland dealership to pick up the plates and order a few accessories (which they would not discount even though we purchases a brand new vehicle). We purchased the vehicle on July 3 and today is July 10 and we still have not been able to get the car in to get it detailed. We even purchased the paint protection and leather protector plan. Highland can't get us in to get all this done and give us a loaner until July 18th. BJ said it is because they want to make sure all the parts are here. We enjoy the car and hopefully when the car needs service that Highland will be able to take care of us.
