Process was quick and easy.

They’re prompt and courteous. The work is done well! They even washed my car when I had an oil change and tire rotation. Sales people are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Todd and the overall experience were exceptional!

My daughter and son-in-law have purchased 9 or 10 vehicles (some for a business) from Todd Cange at Steve Schmidt - Troy. I saw the preowned crossover online (had just come in), and my daughter called and asked Todd to hold it until I could get there, which he did. I loved the car and purchased it. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of the purchase and will definitely buy my next verhicle there. It was my best car experience ever!

Very Professional service

The service managers were professional and explained the diagnostics on my vehicle thoroughly. The wait time was reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable and I enjoyed the coffee and snacks while waiting.

FAST AND AWESOME

I thought the whole experience was quick and easy from start to finish. Kyle my salesman did not pressure me in anyway, my finance guy Evan had it together and did not try to sell me something I didn't need or up sell me and when I expressed what I wanted the whole group at this dealership helped to get the process completed. I would definitely buy here again

Cory was real nice in helping us

The texting method that is used needs a little work like texting to litchfield and not Highland so the sales department know your coming.That way they know you are coming and not surprised.

No real complaints. Trevor worked me in quickly. The service was good, truck was nicely detailed when finished. The only negative was I wished they would have called me as soon as it was finished knowing how pressed for time I was.

Rolls-Royce Level Service

From start to finish I received top notch service. My expectations were exceeded in all areas. They came in under what I wanted to spend with a far better truck than I was shopping for. I will only shop at this dealership from now on.
