Very nice staff

Awesome to work with,had few minor issues with vehicle and they did not hesitate to take care of it. That means alot to me that they stand behind a vehicle they sold.

Welcoming service

We stopped in to look for a vehicle and ended up not having to look any farther. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We worked with Dan Cherkas and he was courteous, knowledgable and easy to deal with. Overall we had a very satisfying experience and was pleased with how thorough Dan was with explaining everything to us. We would definitely recommend Lima Auto Mall to our friends and family!

Frindly and Helpful

Time for an oil change, I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely and convenient manner. I would definitely return and would recommend LAM to my friends.

my 2014 XTS Cadillac needed to be serviced.

They not only got me in quickly, but when I arrived last Friday at 4:30 PM, the door opened quickly, the men gave be immediate attention, and the service on my 2014 XTS Cadillac was done within 45 minutes. the lady that checked me out was also very sweet!!

I had a great experience with Lima Auto Mall. Steve was awesome. He was both personable and professional. He went through the operation of all the vehicle features and I would highly recommend him. The rest of the guys at the dealership are great as well. You can’t go wrong at Lima Auto Mall.

Old Silverado Needed Rehabilitation

Jeff Taylor took charge of an initial brakes problem. One thing led to another. Truck was purchased new from this dealership 22 years ago. It has limited duties these days but performs them well for my wife (titled owner) when everything is working acceptably. Jeff worked with an experienced mechanic (Donnie) who provided both good diagnosis and good actual repair. In the end, the truck was back in fine operating order and ready for my wife to use sparingly in the local area for the foreseeable future. Thanks is warranted for the guys directly involved and also to Keith Shockency for managing a quite reputable service department. Bruce Dukeman
