Eve had the car ready for us, knew the vehicle inside out and wasn't a hard seller. She was great! Everything was explained to us in a very pleasant manner in plain English. NOT ONCE did she have to say, "I'm not sure but I can find out for you." We were very happy there was no pressure sales pitch. Would not hesitate to send others to her or go back again ourselves. Finance was great with Tod also. Explained everything in plain English and very pleasant gentleman. A+ in our grade book!

A Very Pleased Out-of-Town Customer
Although I live about 80 miles from the dealership, they had the particular car I was after, so I drove up on a Friday morning. I dealt mainly with Rick Jones (Sales) who knows everything there is to know about Cadillacs. He was very patient with me as the number of features on a Cadillac can be a bit overwhelming at first. He was excellent in every regard. I felt they were fair in the trade-in value that they arrived at for the Chrysler I traded in. Ryan Swaney (Sales Manager) and Tod Kitchen (Finance Manager) were excellent as well. Ryan had to tend to a couple issues involving my purchase and handled them effortlessly. Tod doesn't pressure you at all and try to get you to purchase extras (e.g., extended service plan). He was efficient as well and explained everything clearly. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back!!

Excellent service, very reliable!
I was in and out in a short time. I was kept informed and updated on my vehicle. I never feel pressured to make additional repairs or services for my vehicle . I like the confidence I have in the service departments repairs and service.

Noisy dash from heater
they got my vehicle in and out.. fixed the problem and even swept my car out so it was nice and clean when i got it back.

We were very pleased with the friendliness that this dealership gave us, they really make you feel comfortable when walking into there sales floor. I would recommend Lima Auto Mall in Lima Ohio to everyone, this is our first time leasing and they explained everything so well to us. When our lease is up we definitely plan on returning to this dealership, and I forgot to mention it is a very clean building and a lot of cars to chose from. Keep up the good work.

My Experience with Lima Auto Mall
First of all, my association with Lima Auto Mall was totally initiated through internet searches for the year vehicle I wanted with the laundry list of options I wanted and especially the color I was looking for. Being a late 2012 model used car, not too many were available in a 100 mile radius of my location with my above mention criteria. I thought I had used every "auto finder" search engine when I was informed about Car Gurus.com. A dealer I was working with on a deal, in the Dayton, Ohio area, shared with me "how far below market value" they were on the vehicle we were dealing on. He turned his monitor around to show me the CarGurus screen with the their car and 3 or 4 above it was the color vehicle I actually wanted. It was at Lima Auto Mall. Me being of very unprofessional nature, I called Lima Auto Mall while sitting at the Dayton area dealer's desk. Mr. David Osbon took my call inquiry. I am a Quality Assurance Manager, and what I would describe as very black and white in personality. I told Dave Osbon I had no interest in driving an hour and a half to look at a car that may be beat to death. We had some price discussion by phone and I asked him to wait until daylight and take pictures of any defects in the paint or scuff marks in the interior. The next morning I received multiple pictures of any defects he could find. I found that to be unusually amazing. Later when he knew I was driving up to see it, he had the car cleaned up and found more of what he had missed as far as defects and emailed more pics. I found that to be meeting or exceeding customer expectation. Truly amazing! On the way to Lima Auto Mall, I stopped and refamiliarized myself with all defects on the car I was dealing in Dayton for comparative purposes. When I arrived at Lima Auto Mall, the car was sitting out front, detailed nicely. I looked at it closely while making a few trips around it. Then Dave Osbon came out and I actually had to have him point out some of the "defects" he had sent pics of. Total experience summary: 1) I give credit to the dealer in Dayton for being open and honest enough with his pc monitor to risk losing a sale. Which he did. 2) It was most enlightening and actually humorous to me that I had a salesman, Dave Osbon, email me only pictures of defects on the car I wanted. That totally captured my confidence. 3) Lima Auto Mall already had the vehicle priced to move. They were where I wanted to be before we began discussing price. I purchased the vehicle for even less. They smoked all Dayton area dealers making the trip more than worth the trip. 4) Their business manager, Tod Kitchen, was professional, courteous and actually educated me on the current methods of doing car sales business in the internet age. 5) For me, times have changed immensly. There are absolutely no complaints from me about the whole experience. 6) I highly recommend doing business with Lima Auto Mall! Mr. Osbon and Mr. Kitchen went way above and beyond the call of duty. 7) And, most importantly for me, all preparation to make this a "one trip" event, if I wanted the car, was put in place between myself and Lima Auto Mall before I made the trip. Awesome! Yeah, I bought the vehicle. 8) Staying local to purchase a vehicle, though convenient if possible, is a thing of the past for me personally. Lima Auto Mall converted me. And now the negative: 1) After looking at the vehicle when I arrived at the dealership and being totally satisfied, we walked in the double doors to be greeted by two 2014 Corvettes. A red and a black. This caused a "distemper like", reaction with white frothy drool emitting from my mouth. It took me awhile to get back on track with why I was there. One last comment, I DON'T WRITE LONG COMMENTARIES because I'm bored. Lima Auto Mall, Dave Osbon and Tod Kitchen deserved a very good review. Thanks you two....
