Great Service Department
My service call took longer than anticipated, however the staff was very cordial and provided transportation for me to go to the mall while work was being done. Staff was very helpful and service performed was to my expectations as always. Service department makes sure you are continually informed as to the work being done on your vehicle and any problems that are identified during service call as well as cost for repairs are up front at all times.

Great...
These guys were great! I live in Atlanta and found the 2013 ATS on Cars.com that they were selling...Marc gave me great details about the car and spent a lot of time on the phone with me walking around it looking for anything to flag...I flew up to buy it and was not disappointed...Gary picked me up at the airport in Dayton and we had a good time chatting on the hour and a half drive from the airport...Super nice guy...Aaron was the finance guy who was knowledgeable and concise... I've never bought a car from 600 miles away so I was extremely apprehensive...Especially a used car...I had even called Marc once and told him I was going to pass...I'm glad I called back and jumped on it...It was a very positive experience and, after nearly a month, I still LOVE this car...These guys are great...

We got everything we asked for. The price on the car,trade in value, financing and a pleasant experience. Chase Martin and the finance manager were very professional and helpful in purchasing our vehicle. We had been looking for a few months for a Buick regal gs and the Lima auto mall had one 2k cheaper than other dealers. As they say right on the corner and right on the price. I found a SUV I wanted to look at on their web site. I had purchased my existing SUV from them 2 years ago. I called ahead because I am a 2 hour drive from them. Rick was able to do a lot of the pre work over the phone. When we got there the vehicle was better than I had anticipated. We came to terms on the price and I drove it home. It worked out and I'm very happy with the deal I would purchase from them again. No hassle, and everyone was friendly. Great experience. GM

I must say I appreciate Joslyn Emberling in sales. She was the only sales person that asked if I needed help while I was waiting. Especially since I have purchased a new caddy every year for the past 4 years while I waited for an oil change.

Great Experience
Great experience with Dave Osbon from start to finish. No games and a modern approach to car buying. Drove up from Columbus to deal with Lima Auto Mall because of bad experiences with local dealers and drove away in a 2013 Escalade ESV. Would come back for another vehicle and would refer to others.
