Lima Auto Mall

The friendly reception from everyone and especially from our sales person Eric. We came to look at a used car and drove off in our first ever Cadillac. The care, questions answered and a good feeling helped seal the deal for us. They even stayed 3 hours after closing to make sure we left in our new car. Great experience.

I have never experienced the level of satisfaction,shopping anywhere as I did shopping at the Lima auto mall. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Aaron, my salesman was the absolute greatest. He knows his job and what a great job he did.!!! Thanks Lima Auto mall for making me feel like I had a million dollars to spend. Aaron took the time to answer all my questions and I apprieciate that. Michael Baler explained everything to me before I signed and even gave me a little advice. This place is top-notch as far as I'm concerned. I first looked on line for different autos. Then Sean email me. We went in and talked to him about different cars and prices. He was great on telling us different ways on buying. Went to buy a used car. Aaron worked with me on that and when that didn't work out to my satisfaction offered me other solutions. He was able to take the time needed to explain the lease program to me. I feel I have a better understanding of the program and feel confident about making a good decision with his help.

I BOUGHT A 2013 SUBURBAN FROM LIMA AUTO MALL. MARC CROWDER WAS VERY PERSONABLE. HE CALLED ME ON THE PHONE SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I ARRIVED TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. HE HELD THE VEHICLE FOR ME UNTIL I GOT THERE TO DRIVE IT. THAT MEANT ALOT TO ME. NOTHING WORSE THAN TAKING OFF A DAY FROM WORK ONLY TO GET TO THE DEALERSHIP AND DISCOVER YOUR AUTO IS SOLD. AFTER I BOUGHT THE SUV WE REALIZED A PROBLEM WITH THE DVD PLAYER. HIS TEAM TIRELESSLY WORKED ON IT TO FIX THE ISSUE. THEY MAY BE OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE IN LIMA BUT THEY HAVE HOT PRICING TO GET YOU THERE. I ALWAYS SAID I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM A DEALER AGAIN BECAUSE MOST ARE DISHONEST AND SLEAZY. NOT LIMA AUTO MALL. VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD. GREAT PRICES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SMALL TOWN ATMOSPHERE. WILL VISIT AGAIN FOR SURE IF I EVER NEED A AUTO. PLUS THEY HAVE SWEET CAMAROS AND VETTES.
