I would highly recommend salesman, Eric Olson at Lima Auto Mall! I started my search on the Internet and he followed up with me - and quickly found the car I was looking for (Cadillac CTS). The entire process went smoothly. Eric was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to reply to any questions. Upon delivery of our new Cadillac CTS the entire sales staff reached out to us to help us have a great experience. Mike Bales walked us through the financial paperwork and Rick Jones helped us with understanding the different accessories of our new vehicle. I would recommend Lima Auto Mall and ask for Eric Olson!

Rick Jones was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and consultative without being a high pressure salesperson. He initially showed us a Cadillas SRX and explained all the features to us. We hadnt really considered that model and now that we bought one from Rick, we love it!

My wife and I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years. I found a vehicle I was interested in at Lima Auto Mall via the internet. And being from Detroit area, it's quite a drive to Lima. But I was able to work with Eric over the phone and email to the point where I felt comfortable that making the trip to Lima would be worthwhile. The reason for the for the 4 out of 5 on the pricing was that we had a hard time coming to an agreement on my trade-in. But Eric and Ryan were able to put together multiple scenarios for me to make a diligent decision. I appreciated them taking the time to do that. All in all, you will find that Lima Auto Mall is very in tune to internet shoppers and competitive pricing of their vehicles. Couple that with Eric's guidance and you have a comfortable buying experience.

My husband and I just recently purchased a used car from Lirma Auto Mall while on vacation. Purchasing the vehicle was as seamless as buying a car could be. What really impressed us was how accomodating each staff member was in taking care of a recall on my husband's 2007 trailblazer and letting us park his car at the dealership while we completed our vacation as we now had two cars to drive home. Being a female I am a little sceptical of any car dealership but I felt that they explained everything to me so that I felt comfortabe and at ease purchasing my car. Very informative, helpful, professional, not pushy at all and at the end of the day we felt great with the car we drove home in. Joe, the sales manager was great over the phone before we made the drive to look at the vehicle. Rick, the salesman we met out at the dealership was wonderful, ask for him you will not be disappointed (or have a headache as you likely would elsewhere). Tod, the finance manager was also first-class made everything easy to understand. Total package was better than the best, would recommend to anyone.
