Overall we had a good experience. Aaron was great to work with. He was very professional and very personable. He made a point to get to know not only us but our kids. We worked with Tod on the financial side and he was very thorough. We appreciated the lounge area, but overall, the transacation took too long to process through. We realize that the dealership was extemely busy, but 4 hours is a tad to long. We would recommend Lima Auto Mall to others.

Gerry and everyone at the dealership made the used car purchase of the 2012 GMC Acadia very easy. Discussions to finalize the price went very quickly/smoothly, no long waits when reviewing counter offers or reviewing my trade in. I found the car that I was looking for on the web. Based on the price & my initial phone conversations with Gerry, I was willing to drive from NW Columbus to Lima to check the vehicle out. Not till I got the vehicle home did I realize that it was missing one of the floor mats (remember its a used car). I mentioned it to Gerry when he called the next week, and he said no problem, he would order one and mail it to me. Good overall experience.

The sales person was very pleasant and courteous and did not pressure me in any way; was timely in his meetings and telephone conferences with me; and took the time to explain all of the vehicle functions to me.

Overall pretty good guy to deal with helped me with the purchase of my new truck would reccomend in the future for friend and family or our next vehicle job well done:)

Aaron Bonanno was quite the salesman. He seemed knoledgable and confident in what he was doing and at the same time we didn't feel pressured by him. Very nice to work with.

I did my application on line and the next day I was called and told my loan for the van I was looking at had been approved I set up an appointment and went and drove the van and signed papers. The salesman I had was named Arron and he did an excellent job and I thank him very much.

Matt did an excellent job providing a variety of vehicles that matched our needs, and he made sure we got what we wanted.
