I was so very impressed with Sean Sanders. He was the...

I was so very impressed with Sean Sanders. He was the FIRST (I am not joking) salesman within the four dealerships we checked out that LISTENED to us. He got my husband a golf cart to ride in since he is not able to walk very far. We had a list of what we wanted and would not accept anything that did not have "all" that was on that list. Sean knew the vehicles on the lot and took us to look at the ones that met our needs. Sean did not need to look at the computer to see what was on the lot. Sean did not try to tell us we did not need a particular item on our list which other salesmen had tried to do with us. Sean found us what we needed at a good price. We did not buy a Chevrolet, we bought a used Dodge minivan. I already had a Chrysler minivan and I love the thing. Tom Ahl could not match us with a vehicle and that is what they sell. I was amazed that we ended up getting what we needed and wanted at the Cherolet Dealership. Not that I mind Chevies. I just can't remember every owning one. If and when we need another vehicle, I will definately call Sean. I have no doubt he would be able to find what we needed. Everyone at your place of business was friendly and helpful. I thought Mike handled himself quite professionally.

When it comes to the Lima Auto Mall they worked well as a team and everyone had a hand in making sure i was happy as a customer. Sean Sanders was the main person helping me with my new purchase. He made sure any question i had was answered fully and quick as possible. i truly left feeling happy with my purchase.

I was treated like a family member, as the dealership knows me. This was my second vehicle purchased from this dealership. I will keeping coming back because Mr. Joe Shaw and Gerry "K Car" are extremely friendly and treat you as if you are inportant but the sale is not under any pressure but an upfront honest presentation of the cost of the vehicle along with the tradein. I believe this company gives you a very fair price with no hassles or grief. Times is taken by the finance department with through explanations along with informative choices in your purchase. The bank loan was approved prior to my arrival from out of state. They suprized me with an interest rate from the bank which was lower than I requested. The vehicle was polished and filled the tank full of fuel. Needless to say, I will come back again to purchase other vehicles in the future as this and my last experience exceeds any other purchases of autos in the past 45 years of driving. Dealing with Lima Auto Mall and their sales staff is a pleasure but a positive experience that most consumers in the auto industry fail to acheive. If zero is the worst experience and ten is the highest once can can have, there is no doubt, this was a ten plus!! My wife and I were very pleased and impressed with our experience in purchasing a vehicle at the Lima Auto Mall. John Roby did an outstanding job of understanding our needs and then providing us with the information that assisted in making our purchase decision. My wife and I found John to be helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Beginning with our initial visit to the dealership, test drive, and eventual purchase, we found John Roby and Aaron Brougher to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in their roles and responsibilities in representing the Lima Auto Mall dealership. We would definitely recommend the Lima Auto Mall to anyone who is looking to purchase/lease a new or used vehicle.

They did a great job of advertising, which led me to call and Josh immediately verified that the vehicle was still available. He looked it over thoroughly for me over the phone and started it up. He allowed me to put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it until I could drive two hours the next Saturday to actually see the vehicle. He kept in constant communication until the day we arrived answering all of my questions and getting things prepared in order to make our transaction fast and smooth. When we arrived, the vehicle was waiting right out in front all washed and filled with gas! My family and I were greeted with courtesy and we immediately test drove the vehicle. Through out the day, we were shown every kindness and three separate people were working with us in order to quickly keep things moving along. The general manager "Papa" Joe introduced himself to us and personally thanked us for making the drive to see them. Once we agreed on the numbers, we signed all of the paperwork with the help of Aaron (one of their professional and personable finance people) and we were on our way home in our new (used) vehicle. In summary, it was by far the most pleasant and shortest car buying experience that we've ever had! I would definitely buy any vehicle from the great folks at the Lima Auto Mall!

We traveled over 475 miles from IL (one way) to buy our...

We traveled over 475 miles from IL (one way) to buy our Escalade. Sean was right at the front door when we arrived. He was busy with another customer, but since we had traveled so far he took care of us. Rick was very helpful showing us how everything worked, especially setting up the navigation system to get us home. I didn't notice there were no floor mats til on the way home. Sean is ordering me new mats and having them shipped to me. He told me this when he called the next morning to see how we liked our Escalade and if we had a safe trip home. It was well worth the trip to get the car we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

I found the listing for my used van on Auto Trader and...

I found the listing for my used van on Auto Trader and contacted Lima Auto Mall. I am in Michigan and they are located in Ohio! I connected with Josh Schumann after 5 pm on a Friday evening and he was extremely helpful; not only did he obtain the information that I needed; he kept in contact with me over the weekend, so that I was able to purchase the van the following week. Buying any vehicle is always stressful, but I found this entire experience easy, non-stressful and satisfying! Everyone I spoke with on the phone from the Auto Mall was friendly, and Josh went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of! I have never met these people (except for on the phone), but this was the easiest van purchase I have ever had (and I have had 5!)! After the purchase, the van was delivered the van to Michigan Thanks again!
