Aaron did a great job with this sale. He was always willing and available to help and answer any questions we had about the car. He has followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with our purchase.

My husband and I came to Lima Auto Mall looking for a fuel efficient car. Sean showed us all of our options and pointed out the pro and cons of each car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get me a great deal and a very low interest rate. I would diffidently recommend him as a sales person to anyone looking for a up front and honest person. Next time we are in need of a vehicle we will be visiting the Lima Auto Mall.

What a pleasant car buying experience! From our initial visit, Aaron Bonanno was there to answer any questions we had, and, believe me, we had questions. We had fallen in love with the Chevy Camero, drove a used 2012, and quickly decided it was the type of car for us. Working with Aaron, we purchased a 2013 Camero with the RS package, and we are loving it. While Aaron professed to being new to car sales, he was a wonderful asset to our purchase. If he didn't know an answer, he asked someone who did. I told him he must have put 15000 miles on his feet with all the running he did! He made sure we were introduced to the managers we would be dealing with, and they were all outstanding. While talking with friends and family about our experience, I can say, with confidence, this dealership and staff are there to help. Thank you all!

I found my car on line through Auto-Trader, called and spoke to Ryan Swaney I planned to come up on Monday and an emergency came up and I couldn't make it. I called and told them I'd come up on Tuesday if possible. I arrived on Tuesday, pulled in and saw a sold tag hanging on the rear view mirror and I thought why didn't they call and tell me they sold it and not waste my time (I drove 100 miles). Eric walked out and said the signs for me so it wouldn't be sold until I saw it. I told them I was pre-approved at a good rate with my CU. We made a deal and when we started the paperwork they had a banknote that blew my CU's rate away. I was leary of trying to buy a car so far from home but Eric and Ryan and and the Business Mgr. We drove to Lima Auto Mall from Columbus for a specific used vehicle that had not been in long. When we first found the vehicle, there were no photos on their website, so I had to trust the sales rep to accurately describe the vehicle and its condition. We were not disappointed - the vehicle was perfect. We traded in out vehicle and received a fair trade-in value. The customer service was excellent and the transaction was painless! I highly recommend Lima Auto Mall!

I just recently purchased a 2012 Buick LaCrosse from Eve Fay. My wife also purchased a vehicle from Eve last July. Eve has a wonderful attitude and makes for sure that you select the vehicle that is best suited for you. Lima Auto Mall was great. Eric Olsen make us feel welcome and like he wanted to work with us. Boy did he work with us. We just had a bankruptcy discharged and thought we would walk out with a used car. SURPRISE. Eric and Joe explained the pros and cons of leasing and we left with a 2013 Chevy Cruz leased for 4 years.
