I went to the Lima Auto Mall knowing what i wanted in a car but not sure of the car i wanted.I met Sean told him what i wanted and set me up with the car that fits me to a tee. Sean was very proffesional and not pushy at all. Made me feel real comfortable and before i know it i was out the door with a very nice car. WE HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL NEW AND USED CARS FROM LIMA AUTO MALL. THE SALESMEN ARE ALWAYS INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE VEHICLES BUT NEVER PUSHY. WE BOUGHT A USED VEHICLE AND DID LOOK AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS BUT CAME BACK TO LIMA AUTO MALL DUE TO THE TRUST WE HAVE IN THEM FROM PREVIOUS SALES.

I came from 4 hrs away, and they held the car for me to test drive. John Roby made me feel welcome, and un pressured, and stayed late to make sure everything went well. The car sales staff did a great job to get me on the road even after the finance people had left. I would do business with hem again any day. Thanks for the good car buying experience.
