We took our used Chevy in to have it serviced, and the service was great...fast and friendly. While we were waiting we talked with Sean Sanders, who sold us the used car, and he gave us such a good deal on a new Chey Impala that we couldn't refuse. We would recommed the Lima Auto Mall to anyone looking for a new or used car or truck. The service we have always been given has been fast and friendly. The building is absolutely spotless, which I feel shows they take pride in their business, and from the service we've always had, I feel they value their customers.

This was our second purchase from Lima Auto Mall and we...

This was our second purchase from Lima Auto Mall and we are extremley pleased with the entire process on our new purchase. We were treated with respect, consideration, professionalism, and financial options. Everyone that we came in contact with during this purchase were fantastic and we were even in the middle of a horrific storm during our purchase so we spent a lot of extra time with the staff at Lima Auto Mall. I can not reccommend this dealership enough and will be purchasing all of our vehicles int he future from here. Sean was extrmeley helpful and explained everything in detail and answered all questions that we had on the different vehicles that we were interested in. Needless to say we left the dealership (after the storm and tornado sirens stopped) with a brand new 2012 Checy Traverse and absolutley love it. On Thursday May 31st 2012 we were driving through Lima...

On Thursday May 31st 2012 we were driving through Lima Auto Mall looking at vehicles when Eve Fay came up to us and asked if she could help us. After finding out what we were looking for she took us to a couple vehicles that matched our criteria. She was not pushy at all but helped us in our search. We went and looked at other like vehicles but ended up coming back to this dealership. We purchased a 2012 Enclave and are very happy with our purchase. Eve and Lima Auto Mall did an excellent job in providing us with the vehicle that we were looking for. Thank You, Jim & Judy

Ryan Swaney was very nice and professional, he went the extra mile for me. He got me in a more comfortable car withut raising my payments. It was an awesome experience. I am more than happy with my new purchase. I have been brand loyal since 1997 when I bought a brand new Chevy Tahoe. This is the second Chevy Impala that I have purchased and I am really happy with it. what a wonderful car. I would recommend Ryan Swaney and the Lima Auto Mall to anyone that has an interest in buying a new car. Thanks so much, Kimberly Wireman

I bought a 2003 Pontiac Gran Prix and am well satisfied with my purchase.I was very well taken care of by my sales associate, Eve Fey. There are na couple of minor things to be fixed but they in no way effect the performance or looks of the vehicle. I would recomend this dealer any future vehicle that may arise..

My wife took our car into the service dept. to get it serviced. While she was their Sean showed her some new cars and she ended up buying a new Chev. Sean was a salesman that we were very confortable dealing with. My highest marks go to him.

I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango from Lima Auto...

I recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Durango from Lima Auto Mall. I found the car online and called Ryan Swaney. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and honesty right from the beginning. Ryan answered all of my questions about the car, and even went out to check features on the vehicle a few times since I was so far away from the dealership. He worked hard to get me a deal together before I even got there. I also worked with Aaron Brougher in the finance department, who also was very helpful and courteous. He worked very hard to get me the best possible interest rate and payment. They did everything they could do to get me the deal I wanted. Overall, this was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new or used car. I would recommend Ryan, Aaron, and everyone at Lima Auto Mall to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I drove four hours to get to Lima and it was definitely worth the trip. The next time I purchase a car or truck, I will definitely call Lima Auto Mall and Ryan Swaney.
