Overall I liked working with this dealership. However, I was somewhat disappointed that I wasn’t kept informed on the status of my XT5 that I ordered. I waited 3 months for the car to come in & not once did I get a call saying your car is in production, or your car is being shipped on this date or your car just came in but give us a week to get it detailed. A courtesy call would have been appreciated with updates.

Storm was very nice and did a good job. I even called 2 day later because there wasn't a spare or anything in the vehicle and he made it right.

Mike Tanguay was great. Nice job explaining the details. Also the buying process was very pleasant with minimal amount of time spent haggling.

Josh, Eriq and Charles were great to work with. The buying and trading experience was perfect! I live 2 hours from dealership and look forward to coming back. Consider me a life customer.
