Inspection by appointment

Inspection due. Service almost charged me for a complimentary oil change and complimentary tire rotation because she was not paying attention to our account. I caught it when bill was presented for payment. Free carwash was appreciated.

Expect to wait longer then told

My car was to be done by 11:15 and after waiting until 12 they gave me the wrong keys. I finally got out of there at 12:15. in

oil change and state inspection

The oil change and state inspection were done ok however they tried to sell me a brake fluid flush? i just had my brakes replaced along with the rotors and an entire system flush less than a month ago? how can my fluid be black already as i was told by the technician?

Very helpful and transparant

Very happy with both the sales process as well as a subsequent service visit. Stephanie was very honest and helpful throughout the sale, and made sure that any issues that arose were taken care of in a timely manner.

Excellent Service

The service department was excellent, friendly, and very precise about the service being performed. I was escorted to my car. My car was washed. The staff were very professional.

Great Experience

I take my '13 Sorento to Gateway for service exclusively. I had it in for an oil change on 7/3/18 but also needed new rear brakes and rotors which I wasn't aware of. The work was done in a timely manner but was a bit expensive, but I needed it done. When I got home I discovered a coupon for an oil change and money off the total bill. I went to the service department after work and explained that I got the coupon the day I had the service completed and asked if they could honor it. At first the service writer said that he couldn't open the repair order today so he couldn't discount the bill. I asked to speak to the service manager who, after reviewing the situation offered me a free oil change and tire rotation on my next visit. I was happy with that and appreciated the gesture. Thank you for always doing your best to accomodate me! I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the employees involved.

Surprise purchase

I Kevin was very patient & accommodating by getting out cars that I wanted to drive to try cars that had features I wanted. Only went to look & ended up buying 2 cars

Courteous and Professional

I have dealt with Autumn Hardy before and as usual she was friendly, helpful and professional. Service was completed as promised and was given a ride home after I dropped my car off. Would highly recommend.

Great experience!

Visited Gateway to check out a few used vehicles I saw online. Made a return trip a few days later (with 3 kids under the age of 12!) to buy a 2016 Sedona. I worked with Dave and Al. Both of them were patient with my numerous questions and worked hard to get me into the Sedona. My children and I are loving our new van! I would most definitely recommend Gateway Kia (and specifically Dave & Al) to anyone looking for a new or used car! Thanks so much!!

First Car

Drove from Denver, PA because they had the right car for our budget. Kevin was a great salesman and did not pressure us into anything. Barry helped close the deal and tried his best when he went to bat for us with management. Our son loves his "New to him" used car. Thank you!
